Even playing devils advocate let's pretend Spurs offered £40 to 50 million for Bamford I am still 100 per cent sure it would not happen this window for the following reasons as it would actually be potential financial kamikaze by Radz and Orta for Leeds United
1. Not totally convinced that Levy will let Kane leave this window anyway
2. Spurs more likely to be looking at other strikers than Bamford
3. Leeds will not be able to find an allegedly suitable available alternative to Bamford in such a short space of time and that striker would not be Bielsa ready and also be a complete gamble
4. Selling guaranteed top scorer Bamford and his proven goals and without replacing him properly so close to the end of the window would be akin to likely relegation for Leeds and loss of huge EPL money it therefore makes no logical financial sense to sell him
5. Radz knows that Bielsa would refuse to sanction a Bambam sale and Bielsa may walk if it went ahead
6. Bamford extended his contract by one year to 2023 recently ( he has 2 years ) so Leeds are under no pressure to sell #.

We have Rodrigo already who I think could have a better season this year than paddy last year given his opportunity so I could see it happen.

Baz and Noa, money talks. Good points from you Baz but hard to say no to £35m especially when you need another midfielder and want to redevelop your home. Bub will have to understand that finances are a paramount consideration. He should know. He ain't working for free.

Baz He turns 28 in a few weeks. Not old but not young either. He is not an international. He has had only one successful PL season. We paid £10m for him so £25m more still decent. The other players you mention are younger, perceived as better and internationals. It's what I think Bam worth in today's market. Relying on R&R not ideal but in the timeframe what can you do? I'd like to see Cunha come but I'm not in charge.

Baz Yes Harry Kane is better than Bam but only by a multiple of 3, in my opinion. I'd only go as high as £120m for Harry. However, Kane has been banging them in season after season for 8 years at PL level. Bam for just a solitary season. 8 versus 1. You do the math, if that's possible for you.
