It feels a tad flat and some missing confidence and energy with Leeds United at present
a Lacklustre preseason, very underwhelming transfer window, bad first game of season heavy defeat
Leeds need a BOOST as MOMENTUM is crucial : vital we beat Everton MUST PLAY KP ;
Looks like it is up to the Leeds fans in the ER stadium to be that 12th man help REENERGISE the players and roar them onto very good performances and victories
and a top quality signing before the end of this window would also certainly help too with that boost.

I do agree that new signings don't just strengthen the squad, they also bring a new energy with them that can help revitalise the existing players and demonstrate our ambition. By only signing one player we have missed out on that and we send out the message that we have no ambition.

Alf Ambition we have. If you want though, why not splash the £21m yourself to land Nandez (not just a very expensive trip to Nandos) ? Things cost money. ER redevelopment shall probably cost £70m. Fans need to be patient, stuff takes time. We'll realistically challenge for Europe halfway through the decade probably under a new coach. Be happy we in the PL.

I'm not on the board George mate or i would happily. I don't mind building over time but at this rate it will take 11 years to buy a new first team squad and that's time we don't have. We should be building now.

Alf We are building now. The U23s got some quality additions. Can see us being truly competitive in 2 or 3 seasons, not the 11 years you claim. We've only been back in the PL a short time and lost much match revenue. Regarding Bambam, it might make sense for us to sell if a suitable offer comes in. We can reinvest in the midfield, bring in another defender and hope for best from Rodrigo and Tyler Roberts.

Bringing u23s in with Ortas record isn't building, it's gambling. His scattergun approach has failed for years so no guarantee it will get any better in 2/ 3 years. Even of one or two make it its hardly going to replace the entire first team so we should be adding to both tge first team and the youth. One player per year is too few.
