The season is almost over, gone quickly and
It's been a fab EPL season to remember for Leeds United fans and a season that it would be fair to say stands out from the usual routine almost dull previous EPL seasons
The GOOD
1) El Magico Bielsa and his hugely impressive ethics, integrity, football nous and positive influnce on so many in football throughout the season
2) the mighty Leeds United back in the EPL, the club more than any other playing in the largest percentage of exciting games, recognised and appreciated by a lot of neutral fans as a big, big plus to the EPL this season.
3 ) the so called bigger clubs getting beaten quite a bit and struggling particularly in the first half of the season
The BAD
1) No fans in the stadium for the vast majority of the season ; definitely missed to enhance the spectacle and atmosphere
2) the consuderable failure that is VAR and other match officials plus the flawed offside rule and the handball rule as they were when the season started
The UGLY
1) the despicable Dirty 6 backdoor attempts at a closed shop anti merit ' Super' League monopoly
Yep, it's been quite an unusual season!

Yes indeed. Sometimes I wonder why I bother being a football fan because i spend most of the time worrying about how we will do rather than simply sitting back and being entertained. Even when things were going so well at the start of the season I was thinking 'yes but we're not safe yet'or 'we were lucky there's or 'if so and so gets injured we are in trouble' but then I get to this stage and think how much I will miss it when the season ends. Maybe if I didn't worry about if then it would fail to entertain and be boring. Anyway regardless there's nowt I can do, just looking forward to next season's worries and worrying about the last 3 games and a top 10 finish. MOT.

Pretty much agree with all of that especially the ugly.
All the plaudits being thrown at Citeh just now which they are unashamedly accepting at a time without the supporters revolt they were prepared to destroy the football pyramid purely on greed.
Chelsea should start the FA cup 10-nil down same with United in the Europa that’s better than throwing them out because there’s some payback for the complete disregard that they showed everyone else.
Where are these sanctions? uefa have filled their pockets so don’t care and the Premier league have swept it under the carpet for fear of damaging tv rights.
Leicester should be awarded the double this season and anyone who seriously thinks the managers and players were not aware or that players agents weren’t licking their lips in anticipation is crazy. Hang their heads all of them hit them hard yes fans too like Leeds were, Wednesday were and Derby should be.
Makes me physically ill to see and hear people fawning over dirty six successes.

Alfie I too had some of those anxiety issues most of the season which somewhat superseded the undoubted entertainment and enjoyment to be had.

Totally agree about the desire for a closed shop League it takes away what sport is all about. As an RL Fan as well, the Super League was a closed shop for four years with a lot of meaningless games, but many RL Fans of SL Clubs want it back again as they look down on Clubs with aspirations to be promoted. It was great to see Football Fans standing up to these Clubs and Owners to show that this type of League isn't wanted here.
