Dave, Dave, Dave. Come on now. Making sarcastic wind up comments is one thing and on a banter site fair enough but if you want to give it then expect to take it back - in spades. I think your rather childish attempt to pretend your comments were not designed to wind people up rather pathetic to be honest. If you were sympathising with us as you now claim then why did you put three laughing faces after the word? Maybe you changed your mind since and regret what you said and in which case I'm sure a full and Frank apology, along with the admission that you do indeed love Leeds, will be acceptable to many but don't try to make out you didn't do what you did. I would respect you more if you were 'man's enough to admit to your mistakes pal.

I don't mind wind up merchants myself, I think they are just amusing and a little sad but I have seen others that get really offended and it just spoils the atmosphere. At least most WUMs keep it up though rather than pretending to be everyone's best mate one minute and a WUM the next.
