Am getting fidgety. a few days from game time, nowt on the de Paul, Croatian lad and only speculative on Draxler. those lads won’t play for a while I know. but what is really still odd is a coach out of contract.
Can MB have access to the touch line on match day if he’s not under contract to the club?

Can only assume thar Radz is trying to persuade Bielsa to sign a longer 2 year contract
and that Bielsa has agreed verbally one year minimum at the very least . I expect it to be sorted soon.

Thing for. me is, even though realistically we ain't going to take any points from opener, with the squad we have, a proper spanking could have a very detrimental effect to the younger lads in squad . We all know the narrative that the squad needed a lot more quality so once our targets say no then surely it makes no sense to stay hanging about,

Tbh. I think de Paul will come and prob feature asap. The other two will play v Liverpool I think. No bedding in time.

Outside of Leeds we are not realistically expected to get anything apart from a tonking from our match at anfield. As premiership champions Liverpool should be starting their title defence with a standard home win against a team just promoted to the league. Personally I can't really see anything other than a decent home win for Liverpool, saying that I will be hoping for a miracle and a Leeds win.
We all are aware that we still need players coming in to strengthen the side, and I guess the team bielsa has built deserves their chance to start the season . It's frightening the strength of the majority of teams squads in this league, and it will take time before we can dream of parity in that department. Some tough times ahead but oh what a ride, need to learn quickly.

Aus why do you think De Paul will come? Leeds appear to way down the list of his preferences
Koch might start against Liverpool but would be extremely surprised if Rodrigo did.

I’m interested in the Bielsa factor for this game. What added value can he bring with the analysis of lpool? There is definately a Bielsa plan for the game, are this group of players so early in the season, capable of exercising it, we shall see! I think he’ll be really up for this, up against the champions, and Koop and at anfield, these are the games he is in football for. We can dream, but the great bit is that we’re back and playing Liverpool at Anfield!

I'm not so sure Bielsa is in it for that. I think he gets more pleasure from helping players develop and playing to his philosophy than the size of the opponents. Awesome for us though, like you say.
