Rumour that Forshaw is going to America for hip surgery and will be out for the rest of the season. Feel sorry for the player but question why this could not have been diagnosed earlier? Smacks of leaving or announcing the decision until after the transfer window as a tad suspect.

Not a rumour. He’s going. But will that give Shacks mor opportunities, or not? Gotts, McCalmont, McCarron? Doubt it somehow. ☹ï¸.

He was training a bit during the window and the club decided to give it until after the window shut before making a decision. Not sure why we didn’t just send him then and get a replacement in.

Agree Alf. It was obviously something deep seated for him to be constantly in and out all the time.
