People are quick to blame bielsa and say he is stubborn. I've always said the way Bielsa sets up the team and the way we play is brilliant . We create enough chances every game to win 2 matches . Players not taking chances and individual errors are not bielsas fault. We do lack quality overall and bielsa is getting much more out of these players than other coaches could . What I will say though is he shouldn't be sticking with the same team that's in such poor form but I'm not sure we have much to replace them with.

Therein lies a big problem with Bielsa
when did Bielsa make bold decisions and drop players? Maybe Douglas . noone else
Seriously Bielsa needs to manage not just coach. make bold decisions. drop Kiko now . the guy is costing us vital points.

Lack of rotation. Opportunities - Shackleton in midfield for Dallas, Roberts for Hernandez, JKA for Bamford, Poveda for Harrison or Costa. Not wholesale changes but rotation in key areas to maintain the intensity of our play. It also improves the integration when we need one of these players off the bench or injuries and suspensions i. e. playoffs last season.

We don’t even know if Poveda or Augustin are any good yet. The problem is if we make changes who comes I. And are they good enough? I think if they were then they would be in the team. Bielsa plays the strongest team available to him.

thats a good point Alf. Are they different/ better than what we have or just more of the same. My worry with Big Kev is that he is a faster version of Bamford and not the finisher in tight corners that we need. As you say we don't know yet so let's just hope.

OMG! If they are not good enough then why did we bring them in in the first place? Orta lines up the transfers but do not kid yourself that Bielsa does not have a say. If he gives them the green light then they have to meet his standards. Bielsa and club have been clear that they will only bring players in that improve the squad. Is Bielsa a liar as well now?

The club only bring in players that are acceptable to the boss AND fit in with the budget. If we bring in the best we can in our price range that doesn't necessarily mean they are better players than what we have.
Plus Orta has to convince them to join Leeds and I'm not convinced he is great at that unless he throws silly wages at them - look at our highest earners: Casilla, Bamford, Foreshaw - all Orta signings and all on inflated wages. If Radz is having to put his own money in to pay the wage bill (which I cannot believe with our revenue and ones of the smallest squads in the division) then it is his own fault to agreeing to pay silly wages. Other clubs manage to get quality in for reasonable wages so why can't we?
