What is wrong, we are 3 weeks into the window, no players brought in.
Our whole season, club and squad cannot revolve around one player joining in the January window.
Lots of respect to Rads, but he needs to go now.
(along with Orta and Kinnear)
The genius that is Bielsa can only do so much.
The players can only give so much. They have run themselves into the ground for the cause.
We just do not have enough players of the standard required. Everyone can see it.
Its just the man holding the purse strings and the budget he has set is not big enough.

We have in 3 seasons or so lost too many quality players without replacing them properly
Wood and Roofe up front
Saiz
Lewis Cook and Viera in midfield
Jannson, Charlie Taylor
