Looks like owls going to be in trouble for sale of ground . Derby surely going to be lined up for a look at what went down at their sale/ re - purchase .

I think there was a few other clubs nat have done it also. Not 100% sure. But think radz was the man too bring it too the attention off other chairmen and league. At first the league rubbish it down. Typical. Not he was right all along.
LUFC will probably still get hit with points deduction for highlighting the whole matter. 🤦‍♂️🤔😂.

No wonder they are in financial trouble.
Apparently sale allowed them to have a pre-tax profit of 2.5 mill. No sale would have been a pre-tax loss of 35.4 mill.
They declared that they sold the ground for 60 mill. Hmmm literally something doesn't add up.

Situation aptly described in Leeds Sightings page.

@CanadaWhite - The ground might have been on the books as an asset worth say £20m, so selling at £60m is a profit of £40m, taking the £35m loss to £5m profit. There then could be rental payments of approx £2.5m, to get overall profit to £2.5m, so that could all make sense.

Obviously it’s all gaming the system and hopefully some teams other than Leeds will be punished for once, but the numbers do at least add up.
