Derby showing their morals by sacking Keogh for gross misconduct. Is this using the situation to get an older player off the wage bill, when the driver was the most culpable and showed even grosser misconduct.

{Ed001's Note - funny how the only one sacked is the one who has suffered a potentially career-ending injury in the crash.}

Agree4 Disagree0

Never going to sack the other two who would have been snapped up by other clubs, keough as possible near the end of his career and the injury potentially has finished it. Like the way they are making it out like it was a big moral decision get the other two not been mentioned due to their value to the club.

Makes my wee boil! Spesh when they took the moral high ground with us. Hypocrisy all around!

31 Oct 2019 16:43:35
maybe he's a case for wrongful dismissal, age discrimination.

31 Oct 2019 18:13:08
Guaranteed he going to get legal advice on this, discrimination grounds . Banker but its a easy way of dumping a donkey to be fair.

Jim white talk sport presenter special friend of mel morris and all things derby, mentioned the sacking of keough but never castigated the other two players.

31 Oct 2019 19:37:44
My best guess is no tribunal, as it will have been pre orchestrated between him and the club ie "Right, your career is over, you're going to be a bench warmer anyhow, take the rap and we will give you a wedge, subject to you not slagging us off or going to court or tribunal". He looks at the dish and goes "superb"! Derby then avoid £200k fine for committing a breach, whilst LUFC get one one for not breaching the rules. Derby save a fortune by throwing dead dog to the wolves. Goebbels style opinion manipulation, of a calibre capable of outmaneuvering the ever hapless utterly ferkin useless EFL. There endeth a rant.

31 Oct 2019 20:26:34
Never really liked him much, but this is wrong and he should fight it all the way he has my backing totally unfair,

31 Oct 2019 20:30:57
The fella has been treated appallingly and this shows derby in a bad light. Personally I’ve got nothing against the lad as he plays wholeheartedly and served his club well. If he was Leeds i reckon we’d all love him.

Nice rant Tory! Liked it! 👍🏻.

Go to sports section daily mail today 31 October, go to section about richy keoghs bird moaning about his sacking,
Here's the juicy bit go to the pictures of the car crash on the night and zoom into the centre of the picture of the ground outside the car

There in plain sight is the reason me thinks Richy got the bullet plain to see in a little bag on the ground.

Saw those too Chris, but obviously the other two don’t touch the stuff!? 🤔🤔🤔.
