Eddie will get his chance as PB always picks up an injury some time. In all honesty though I hope it doesn’t upset the team dynamics when Eddie does come in as Bamford really leads the line well and brings midfielders in to play extremely well. Personally I don’t believe 442 will work but if Phillip slips into a back three maybe 352 might be the option. Then again formations are just formations and the better team should win. But as we know that’s not always the case!

Not under bielsa I feel though cork, Bamford hasn't scored in what the last 6? Games and still Eddie not been considered. By the time we wake up and smell the coffee we will either be mid table or Eddie will have been recalled.

Cork, I agree that Bamford is leading the line well, and to a certain extent I agree that he is bringing midfielders in to play. BUT. those midfielders that are being 'brought in to play' are NOT chipping in with the goals after Bamford has done all their donkey work.

Robert's gets very few
Harrison gets very few
Shackleton needs to break his duck
I have said it in an earlier post, why the hell are we flooding midfield when our major 3 are that much better than most other team's quartets.

Alf, I was just name checking all the players I could think of on the spot who could be part of a midfield 3
I wasn't specifically name checking for the next game
However, in my defence, none of those players have been injured all season and by now should be recording good offensive stats and they are not.
