come on lads,

not posted for a bit but reading as always and hate to see in fighting and people thinking they know more than others or putting others down, although it was nice not to involve me,

the beauty of football is no one knows more than anyone, it is all opinions

who is better mourino or alladyce. mourino won more but always spent money and failed at utd, alladyce always did a great job where he went and every team went backwards after he left

belisa knows football and loves KP, th cheif spurs scout must also know football and thinks he is sh@T so who is right? its just an opinion

now back to leeds, I read last night that shacks was saying despite winning 6 away games but only one of 7 at home, MB style will not be comprimised. the article was congratulaing MB and saying how great he was is for not changing values and beliefes, personally I think this shows a stubborn and limited manager who can not adapt and he don't have a clue about football just has one way of playing. again the beautfy of football is every one can see things differently

so come be nice and stick together as good old bermo says. if you ain't got nothing nice to say, don't say it. unless its about KP, in which case stick the boot in

MOT.

Agree0 Disagree0

Bermo

As always your the beacon of enlightenment.

Only winding you up mucka.

Yes Bermo, you are forgetting one thing, the opposition, as everyone knows all week in training and talking tactics, you are playing on a notice board. On a Saturday you are playing against another team of 11 players. that's what changes, teams set up different home and away, no team coming to Elland Rd are going to set up to get steam roller'd. Their tactics will be, keep it tight as possible and try and nick something.
MB is trying to get the team up to a standard that they are good enough to overcome teams that try and park the bus.
There is a learning curve, we have come along way, with the squad and I have faith in MB to get us up to this level.
Do you keep improving the team to overcome this challenge or take the wrong option imo, rip up the blueprint and keep changing it only for it never to work. My choice would be to persevere to get to the standard.

There is a fine line between doing the same thing and getting the same results and trying to perfect something. I think Bielsa is doing the latter. His system works when it is perfect so he is striving for that perfection when he knows we will succeed. He is t saying we are perfect now and refusing to change despite it not working out.

I can see your point however I think the best managers can change thing up to get a results maybe by changing personal or formation with two up top.

Remember this is his second season, I would argue one home win in seven is not good enough and point blank refusing to change things is stubborn and short sighted but then again that the beauty of football everyone sees things diffenerly

Thanks axe I do try I’m off to Brussels now to sort out brexit so might take me a good couple of hours so doubt I will post again until tomorrow.

I sorta agree bw.
He should learn by his mistakes but we are top.
You’d drop kp I’d drop bam some would drop Klich others Alioski others Pablo. That’s the team ripped apart if we were all right.
My advice is. You doing great Bielsa mate. Just drop bam less first.
