Well I have to say, really enjoyed that 90 mins and I imagine so did the 5000 plus fans! Very professional performance from the two teams. Pluses for me!
Fitness of the teams, looking good both sets of lads
Team spirit of the first team, didn't look to be any post Pontus reaction, very strong team performance.
Harrison, looks like he's gymed a bit during the summer and come back well up for it.
The reserve team, no goals but a good performance as well. Typical Bielsa, short of CBS and he plays Struick mainly out on the left, and he had a good game, some nice tackles and movement with the ball. Good to see McCarron and Mujica out there, both showed promise . Hosannah looked good and Jenkins and Casey stepped up from the 18s and didn't look out of place.
Yes, I know it's only York and a preseason friendly, but seriously well prepared and used the opportunity well. Great to see all those players together with the coaching team as well. Welcome back lads! Roll on tomorrow!

agree can't read too much into it but very pleasing performance and fitness looks very good.

Yeh, I agree.
Was pleasantly suprised by Forshaw too, he looked very fit and was up for it.
But similar to you I enjoyed the game and all the performances.
