The problem with operating predominantly in the loan market is that it is not conducive to signing players early in the window.
Example Wolves and our interest in Costa and Cavaleiro. Both are for sale more than loan. Means they are more likely to wait and see over the course of the window if any clubs will make permanent offers - even if no interest now situations can change quickly.
I hope i'm wrong but means that players we might get on loan in the category of experienced quality won't happen until late in the window despite Bielsa's desire to work with them in pre season. Expecting this to drag on unfortunately.
