Its what Radz has said apparently. PH reports that Bielsa wants 4 new players briging in with a focus on wingers so I can see 2 wingers plus 2 others. 5mill is for loan fees and wages by all accounts.

Spanish there's a positive everywhere isn't there a 5 million loan budget much be 3 or 4 times that in permanent transfers so.

Wex, even I am not that positive! My guess would be canny bargains if anyone bought without us selling and the real difference hopefully made through loans. If we sell one of the big guns then we should splash some cash! My worry with the loans and Bielsa is he likes them early so we control their preseason and they are fully involved. As we saw last year, if they aren’t then he keeps them on the bench a bit or forever!

5mil must surely just cover loan fees and not wages? If someone is on 20k a week that's over a million a year so 4 players in doesn't add up. Prop need 10 million for players who will make an impact.
