If Rads had the funds to invest he would have done so in January, when we were crying out for players to strengthen the squad. Hope he is just trying to get his best price from the Qatari's by playing the game (also mentioning other investors and saying he does not want to go just yet ) The Qatari's may have sussed this and gone public on the deal so as to twist his arm a little (get fans support on their side) . We do not know but these maybe just tactics from both sides locked in negotiations. One thing for sure if Rads does not take the money/ profit and the season gets off to a bad start, he is going to come in for some real stick and may have wished he had taken the dough.

Leeds 1970, don’t you think he might be intelligent enough to realise that if the season goes bad it will be worse for him. So the easy choice would be to sell and go. Perhaps the reason that he isn’t, is because he doesn’t want to go and believes he can take us up!

27 May 2019 15:37:10
Spaniard You're a little delusional. This is business for Radz. He wants to take us up, no doubt. However, the reason is for him to make lots of money. There's no innate deep caring love for all things Leeds beating in his heart. He's Italian, not Yorkshire. We are going to sell many fringe players, use the academy more and apparently get in some real quality loan signings. I applaud the financial prudence as that's the way to do it. My concern is will we truly strengthen? Using the loan market is fine provided you get Gayle and others of similar ilk. If Radz hasn't got the funds then he hasn't got it but I expect and demand TOP QUALITY LOANS, not dross.

27 May 2019 16:12:11
George is there any club owner that it’s not business owning a football club? These top quality loan signings have to 1 be available,2 be affordable and 3 want to come to Leeds, there club has to agree to them coming to us . It’s all good saying Gayle etc premier players on premier wages it’s not just a matter of naming these players and saying he’s gone on loan, it ain’t that simple .

27 May 2019 16:20:26
Georgie, Bermondsey is from South London but he loves the club with a passion! And Radz has probably been to a few more games than bermo this year, so possibly he’s an owner whose fallen in love with the club, Italian or not! Not all businessman do everything for the bigger buck. I suspect for Radz it’s a bit more than a normal business. But that’s just a hunch based on seeing him and his son at the club! Any way Emma told me this morning she likes him and thinks he going to stay. That should be enough for you!

27 May 2019 16:47:35
Spanish

You are anything but DELUSIONAL.

You write with clarity and no small amount of wisdom

Just saying.

27 May 2019 17:03:51
What is it about radz 5 year son in a leeds outfit, take a look around the ground there are many, just because it’s his son make no difference, if radz whet and bought another club his so would be in that outfit so bloody what, and if it meant that much just think how his 5 year old son would feel watching Leeds Play in the PL, should have invested in January, I say sell.

27 May 2019 17:06:42
Using the loan market wisely like we did with brown on the treatment table all season and the bench for the remainder we talk about Harrison cost how much did izzy cost because we were paying him from the moment he made the squad.

27 May 2019 17:27:59
we Will see Whiteman, I think Radz will stay and see what happens next season! Enjoy another year away from Elland Road!

27 May 2019 17:39:32
Thanks Axe, I don’t mind being delusional if I’ve paid for the substance!

I think even some businessman can be good people who actually want to achieve something that is more than just the bottom line. I’d like us to go up automatically with Radz and Bielsa leading the way. We will see!

Spanishleeds I have to agree with you,

27 May 2019 18:06:54
sorry spanish i have to agree with georgie

i am from south london and i love leeds football club but have done since i was 6, it has been part of my life. rads can't fall in love, his club will be his boyhood club not leeds

i work with orient and have grown to care about the club, i look out for results cheer and win and bemoan a loss but not like i do with leeds

also my love for the club stops there, i have no affection for the town, leeds rinhnos are anything like that, i am not a yorkshireman and that is the difference.

rads is an outsider and that must be how he is seen, i might have grown to like the club but he will never love the club.

27 May 2019 18:28:03
Don’t agree Bermo!
Now you’re in the territory of one fan is better than another! I know people who have only been this year and have fallen in love with the club! We have old, fans, young fans, new fans life long fans, fans with money, fans with none! Sorry but an Italian has just as much right to fall in love with the club as you or a Local lad!

Personally I think 6 years old is too old to qualify, I was a Leeds fan since I was 1!

27 May 2019 19:22:44
Lmao

I am not a proper fan

Born in Lancashire

I was a Man Utd fan until I watched Allan Clarke score at Wembley from a Mick Jones cross

Seen more bad times than good

But my team is Leeds.

27 May 2019 20:06:17
no spansih you don't get my point

im not saying one fan is better than another

im saying rads is a businessman not a leeds fan he never was or is a leeds fan

where was he before he borught the club. where will he be if he sells

get a grip and stop being a politican and twisting words.
