It's becoming evident Radz ain't got the cash to match the ambitions of the army of loyal, passionate fans who help produce £40 m in revenues per year . More than any other champ club with parachute payments stripped out . Recent comments about a difficult Summer ahead don't bode well . I say if he can't afford to keep our best players and sign 3 or 4 proven experienced performers, he should sell for a handsome profit to some one who can finance getting us up next year . After 15 years I'm done waiting Radz! You can't rely on the academy to bail you out of your responsibilities!

Rads is only fooling himself, unless we see a better squad for next season we are not going anywhere. I do not think Bielsa will get a better season out of a lot of the current players than the one they just put in.18 senior pros, with maybe three or more of them leaving. If the investment is not forthcoming (Bielsa staying might be an indicator on that) can see us only being a mid table side again next season.

Red Hot, We missed automatic promotion, lost in the play offs, have a manager effectively on a rolling one year contract with other clubs interested him and around 4 players with serious premier league ambitions who are likely to generate offers at some stage of the window and about 15 plus loanees to sort out . Why did you think it wasn’t going to be a difficult summer! Wanting to sell is one thing, finding a buyer another, finding a buyer with loads of free cash who will buy off him at a profit, well, if it was that easy and he is only in it for the money, then he would probably have done it all ready! Finally investing in the academy and under 23s and producing good first team footballers through that route isn’t bailing out it’s a sensible practice in a world of agents, crazy fees and even crazier salaries . Accept that some on here don’t rate Radz but I do and I think there are others who do as well. He isn’t perfect and I hope he learns, but neither is Orta at his job or Bielsa at his!

Orta is awful at his job. There are at least 10 regular posters on here that could identify talent better than Orta has done so far.

For some one who hasn’t been prepared to invest in the first team squad he’s done a decent job granted, especially with the MB appointment and academy . But if we want auto we need to invest properly in the first team simple as . No apologies Spanish it’s a fact . And before you mention Norwich and Sheffield . Firstly, we are not Norwich or Sheffield we are Leeds . Everyone wants to beat us, including the EFL . We can’t get promotion under the radar like other clubs . We need to be head and shoulders better . Something like Wolves or Newcastle’s blue print ie have better players than the rest of the league . Previously not owning the ground deterred buyers . Radz has sorted that so could sell with the ground . I don’t accept there are not responsible buyers out there with deeper pockets right now than Radz . He’s just trying to get Prem on the cheap and leave us all waiting . Sorry but I don’t have your patience . It well and truly ran out after this season’s meltdown .

Spanish, I think all right minded supporters must see the good work Rads has done and thank him for that. We just do not know if he has the required funds to get us up. He said he would give it 3 or so seasons and if he then failed would move aside.
He knows selling now as a Championship team will cost him big bucks as promotion to the premier league adds another £200 million to the value of the club. He may have missed the best chance he had by not strengthening in January . Three or four million for loans would have done it, most likely.

RedHot, you must have patience, you’re a Leeds fan and you’ve lived through everything that has happened in the club over the last 15 years and previously when the decline started in the premiership and after Revie! As a number of posters pointed out, failure is something we have become too accustomed to. Where are all of these potential buyers with loads of money who see Leeds as the new Man City? Where were they when Bates bought the club or when he sold it? 3rd in the league, into the playoffs, give him some credit rather than the blame for everything. We have had a lot worse than him and there is a lot worse out there!

RHC Nice to meet someone of a like mind.

Spanish I really think you are suffering from the football equivalent of Stockholm syndrome or to put it another way the beautiful woman who previously had a husband who repeatedly beat her whose now happy that her current hubby only verbally abuses her . Why compare Radz to the three previous diabolical for different reasons regimes? Why not compare him to some amazing Chairmen out there who actually put their hands in their pockets ; people like Steve Gibson, Dave Whelan or the departed Blackburn fella . The only reason the club was unsaleable for years was it’s accounts and ownership structure were a mess and we didn’t own the ground or at least the owner didn’t own it . That’s all been sorted by a combo of Massimo and Radz . I believe he could if he wanted to sell but is understandably from his perspective waiting til he gets us on the cheap into the Prem .
