Last three or maybe four managers have made Cooper captain. He was immense this season. Nuff said.

Cork Was he sufficiently immense on training pitch to tell Kiko stay where you are because he got the speed to get back and tackle? It's more Kiko fault and Bielsa fault than Cooper but as captain he is partly responsible for his goalkeeper stupidity. Cooper has no leadership qualities. That's the problem.

I felt that leadership on the pitch was lacking in the defeat to Derby. As a team we lost our heads and needed a calming influence from the Captain.

Cork, Cooper has done a good job both as captain and as defender, but sometimes you need to move on and turn a new page. I think Bielsa 2 needs to be different and part of that difference could be new leadership on the pitch. I think he is a decent guy and will probably feel some of that blame himself. Agree with Georgie and Notts.

coops arguably at fault for both sheff utd goals and he was at fault for the derby goal
lets get this straight. Mb likes a certain style of football similar to many city and liverpool who both have goal keepers who play like centre backs (edison is prime example) .
We brought in Cassia and he plays like a he thinks he is a defensive mid but still Mb picks him. it must be what he wants
all debry game our keeper was well out of his box, it must be game plan
with that in mind coops was at fault, he took the ball off of the keeper. I am not saying i agree with this style i am saying that was the managers game plan. Maybe the keeper didn't give a big shout but as a keeper if i come for the ball and the defender takes it off me i blame him in the dressing room
i am sure mb blames cooper who at the end of the day is great for the bench and back up but is not good enough to get us promoted. This is why pontus is being linked with prem and not cooper.

He has had a great season, and is quite clearly well respected by the coaches and squad alike. I personally like a vocal “nutjob “ of a captain a la Stuart Pearce, which means that Pontus is the man for me. Unless Coops is replaced or sold though, I think he will be Captain again next season.

Kp was at fault he let his man waltz past him and put pressure on defense. this said cooper also should of dealt with it a lot better
bit like beradi first card against derby Kp's fault the man waltz past him putting pressure on beradi but beradi could of dealt with it better
answer for me is use all three spearingly if you want promotion.

Yes, they may do some damage if you used them spearingly. I suggest that they wear pointy hats whilst they do so :)
