Bermo just one point, you talk about changing the team/ tactics all being MB's fault. But and it is a big but, if the manager has not the quality in the squad, for to change with, he cannot change it, only weaken it, this is not MB's fault. There are not enough players of sufficient quality in the squad and this is all due to Rads lack of investment. There are very few managers of MB's quality, there are none who could get more out of this squad than him.

We were told bielsa was happy with the squad we all knew the squad was lacking in key areas we all knew it was essential we added in Jan. It was nothing short of criminal that we didn't 2 25k to 30k a week players on loan in January was all that was required 1 million pounds and it wasn't there. We tried to buy James on the never / never and Swansea saw sense and reneged.

Leeds1970, if what your are saying is true, then MB is no quiet the manager we all think he is, it been said on here that he wanted a small squad, surly being a world class manager he would have see at the start that the quality of players was not there, and why did he not sign players to fill the gaps, I don’t share that this have been our best season, it as good as TC and Monks, what is different it’s going down as one of our worst, in the playoffs without the hope in hell of winning unless they all get a kick up the back side, surely now you some on here can see it’s the lack of investment on players that has made us the joke of the league thanks RADZ.

Wex, It’s like this, We all wanted additional players in January, Radz had to try and make it look good, that’s what he dose best, he knew he didn’t have the money, or couldn’t raise the money so he messed about with it until they got fed up and pulled out . therefor he could blame them and again he looks good.

agree to a point 1970 of course the players have let themselves the gaffer and club down. but i am talking directly about reslults against poor teams. this is down to 100% mb. I will take the loss to sheff utd, norwich and west brom but i do not accpect the losses to brum and qpr twice, wigan and ipsiwch with ten men, blackburn, hull etc.
i understand finishing has been a problem and he can't help that but how he can't get a team to defend agaisnt teams who can't attack is undefendable
for some things MB must get great credit but for a few things he must get great blame
also as many have said mb wanted the small sqaud, he let saiz go. he can not work out hard working gritty but poor teams.
also our form since xmas is sackable for any manager (not saying he should be sacked as first half was great but many mangers have been sacked for better form) so his inability to turn things around is awful.
{Ed025's Note - very harsh that bermo, bielsa has done an amazing job with what is a fairly average squad, you have done amazing to even get to the play off,s imo and only just missed out on automatic promotion, thats fantastic progress mate and the manager and players should be applauded not criticized imo, money is tight at leeds and until he can buy higher calibre players this is as good as it gets im afraid, but good luck in the play off,s i hope you do it because leeds are a massive club with great history and belong in the first tier..

Radz should have got the James deal done early in the Window. He does come over to me at least as a penny pincher. It may well backfire on him now.

Please accept that you have your views about Radz and investment but other people don’t need to accept them!
It’s very easy to be critical of the owner when you want him or her to spend more of their own money on the club .! I think it’s very easy to be simplistic about the investment debate, it’s clearly not just about spending money, ask Fulham, or Notts Forest or Villa. Norwich and Sheffield have done it through good management appointments and shrewd buys. We still Might.
As I have said before, I admire the fact you have refused to renew your season ticket and are boycotting the games, you are standing up for your opinions. I just don’t agree with you.

I don't understand, how can our highest finish in the Chapionship be our worst season? As for the Radz bashing, if you want him to go just who the hell do you think is going to buy the club from him? It's been up for sale numerous times over the last 15 years and apart from our 2 Italian friends, Massimo and Radz, nobody has wanted to buy. At least they've given it a go, or should Batesy come back, sell the U-23s for ten Bob and a packet of Woodbine, sell most of the first team to Norwich and mortgage the ground, would that be satisfactory boys and girls?
