Well Kalvin's really mugged me off, I mean jeez he's been at this club since he was a foetus, is there no such thing as a one club man anymore?

Having said that, can anyone think of a Leeds 'one club man' other than Jack Charlton?

Leeds United ' one club men '

1) Rolls Royce Leeds United Paul Madeley who played every position for Leeds except goalkeeper

2) The superlative wing wizard Eddie Gray ( better more talented than even George Best )

A modern rarity Gary Kelly ( respect to Gazza K)

One man one club does not exist anymore, we live in a society of self gratification, personal interest and geeed.
This is not a slander on Phillips but an observation of how we live today.

Kal doesn't strike me as greedy, I think it's more about his playing career and trying to get a fair price for his talent compared to what other players will earn. So far he has been on relatively low wages at Leeds and he may only have 4/ 5 years left if he is starting to deteriorate physically. This could be his last chance to earn that kind of money.

Let’s face it, at 26, when else / what better time, to be playing CL, and competing seriously for all of the domestic trophies. If we had kicked on last season, and finished top 10, he might have stayed, but we didn’t thanks to the board. It was clear he was going after the last game at ER.

Good shout Baz, I'd totally forgot Paul Madeley, the ultimate professional, a dream player to have in your squad, I'm ashamed I didn't appreciate him more when I was a young supporter stood on Lowfields Rd.
