I am beginning to fall into the no signings camp, being that we are halfway thro January and how it takes Bielsa weeks to acclimatize new signings to the system. By the time a newbie will be ready then we will be well into Feb and (hopefully) some/ all of our injured will be back. At present the main miss is BamBam and he should be ready to resume straight after the break. The bonus would be KP even tho I believe, Forshaw is doing an admirable job deputising.
So in essence, we only have 2 injuries to starters at the moment and one is due back soon and the others absence is not felt as greatly with the form of Forshaw therefore any digging into the coffers at this time would be ill judged, rather to keep the powder dry and come out firing in the summer.

I tend to agree, but would be pleased if we got the American lad over the line. Failing that, bring him in in August, as I think he could be a great addition.

Part of me thinks bielsa isn’t here next season and a signing now might not be what the new manager wants next season. I think Radz is going to limp us over the line until the 49ers take over us and then we may see some decent movement in the transfer window either this summer or next.
