What is going on with the joke they call the FA? Just how long does it take to make a decision. We should look at taking legal action against them as I feel they are deliberately trying to unsettle a player a crucial time of the the season. Don't know about banning kiko they should all be banned and struck off, bunch of old 💨.

Ugh the FA . never fir for purpose

Agreed Taddy White it certainly seems like the FA have deliberately procrastinated and delayed matters ( this incident happened 5 months ago and still no verdict ) to unsettle Kiko and Leeds . just like with Bielsa last season.

Normally I would be the first to join in the condemnations of the FA however, this is where you have Civil Law and Employment Law crossing over. It’s further complicated by the third party, vicarious liabilities.

In summary, I do not think the FA will be masters of the actual timeframe involved here, and whilst I fully appreciate it must be horrendous for Kiki to have been accused of such serious allegations, it would be infinitely more bearable, if you are indeed innocent.

This does not lessen the risk of a potential ban though, with the FA applying the balance of probabilities judgement.

Which really is the FA only thinking of themselves and not the individuals involved.

Think they probably have a problem justifying a ban prob why taking so long. Kiko was pretty adamant he said nothing wrong and brought a strong case so it seems.

Kiko currently has a double finger injury so expecting Meslier to deputize but wondering whether his injury is genuine. Is it Leeds playing mind games back with the FA? Is it some form of divine providence because maybe after the prolonged delay Kiko and Leeds are subliminally sticking 2 fingers up to the FA? Makes you think. I can see a verdict being released tomorrow afternoon late in day.

If this true the he gets what he deserves, can’t have this sort of thing in are game, however if found not guilty he should receive compensation from the other player.
