Firstly my theory is Bielsa believes he cannot get a better performance out of the players available to him by changing the formation or the way we play.
This is the style of play he coaches and he has faith in it.
While personnel may change, style of play won't.
Rads is trying to gain promotion with as little investment as possible.
There has been in excess of £200 million available to the club since he became involved.
£100m in 2 years income
£60m in transfer fees
£10m from the 49'rs
£30m loan facility
On top of this there was an initial £20m promised for transfers when he took over.
The supporters only want a team they can feel good about supporting, a team that gives their all, that leaves everything on the pitch.
The frustration comes from us not putting right our weaknesses. Everyone can see them, we have a softness to us and we cannot put teams away. Our small squad also suffers from fatigue
This all comes the depth of the squad, this is where Orta and Rads have let us down.
The question now is does Bielsa stick with his preferred choice in player or does he throw caution to the wind and play the less experienced player who are fresher.

Good points 70. I can’t see Bielsa changing. He hasn’t so far so why now?

Sadly I think this lad is not for changing. His Mantra is "same team as before" with only minor tweaks (most forced on him) I picked you, your the best, my style (plan A) is good enough. Now go out and win.

As well as stubborn he is also extremely loyal, we have seen this with his players, but wonder if he is being loyal to the chairman, he has seriously let the manager down in regards transfers and recruitment.
