Lots of talk of Nathan Jones being dismissed in the morning, a large slice of irony is Jones (when assistant Manager at Brighton) picked White as the best prospect in the academy for the last five years. Also tried to get him to Luton where he was successful. Had he gotten Ben to Stoke who knows how different things may have been for them?

Credit to Victor for getting White deal done, we are quick to highlight his failures but in Costa, Eddie and Ben White VO may have earned his Christmas bonus already!

Class At end of season Orta needs to turn up at the AMEX armed with £35m in cash and refuse to leave their premises until deal done for White to stay a White. White reminds me in playing style of a certain former central defender of ours from South Africa.
