Papered over the cracks. Very good second half but we were very poor in the first half. Even playing that bad we made chances against a very average Millwall team but couldn't convert. Hanford as usual the main culprit but others were wasteful as well. We need to sort out the defensive frailalties at set pieces but how you do it with Cooper at the back and a system where Alioski is marking a player six inches taller than him I don't know. We are top of the league but other results keep us there at the moment. Great result in the circumstances but still a worry.

Got to agree hess, this season we have either been tight at the back and miss firing up front or poor at the back but scoring a few. Last night's game and the Brum game, both wins but easily have lost them. We have done well to stay where we are but worry that failing to strengthen the back line will again cost us this season.

I think we rode our luck a lot in the first half of the season and some wonder saves plus mistakes from opponents contributed to our good defensive record. There were a few games where I thought if we'd have conceded we might have lost but we kept them out. we haven't been as lucky since Cardiff and that, too is changing games. Maybe we can't be both defensive and score goals and have to accept that we need to be a bit more gung ho and try and outscore the opposition. Worries me with the amount of chances we miss though. Hope the new recruits can go some way to address that and Bamford somehow goes on a scoring streak now until the end of the season.

Totally disagree. would not have flattered Leeds if it had ended 6-2.

not sure where you have been all season Whitelight but almost every game we could have had 6 if we had taken our chances. The fact is we don't.
