It's under the news article about the emergency services. Last couple of paragraphs.

It reads:

“We have over 1,000 people attending from different sectors of the emergency services, and these are people who we quite literally cannot live without. This is an opportunity for us to say thank-you to them, and to increase awareness about their importance to the community as a whole.”
Elland Road will be a hive of activity on Saturday with a number of announcements due to follow this week.

Would that not be more exciting announcement's about the about the Emergency Services day? Overoptimistic assumptions may lead to disappointment.
