You'd like to think we can pick up a quality midfielder with some experience. Someone like Nolan but that may be a bridge too far.
I rate Lafferty, it's another option up front should we wish to return to 4-4-2. If we bring a few in that can improve us we've got a chance.

Redfearn was reportedly told not to pick top scorer Mirco Antenucci.
Ten-goal Antenucci has clause in his contract that says he is entitled to another year should he net 12 times sounds like Mirco will be one to go at end of season.

Sone aluko has Been released from Hull. We don't have natural left winger he would fit the bill and his free . Good player premier league experience and has experience of winning promotion, and also maybe wrong but I believe he played champions league football with rangers. What do you all think mot.

Talk on Leeds game v Middlesbrough bad day at the office we will get games like that but what worry's me is we will sell Sam Byram in January for I would expect cheap with only 6 months left on contract . I say good his attitude is poor but how can Leeds compete with the top teams in the championship if we want to cut players wages offering Sam Byram new 4 year deal with less money than he is on aswell . this tells me wages are costing us players the striker that picked Wednesday over Leeds . they offered more money joey Barton again down to wages we didn't get him would of given us premier experience Just my view Leeds won't go up in next 2 years hope I'm wrong mot

Have sympathy for your argument! Our problem is we need £2million a season for rent on ER and TA,plus our past owners have left us with unpaid bills,which we get stung for every year.

Deda Land is right about the rent but don't forget everything else. We as a club were losing a little over £1m a month when Cellino came in. We had players on inflated wages we couldn't really afford and a huge amount background staff we didn't really need. All that's been trimmed back to the point where we have a young team (many of which are in house developed) and we are supposedly just about breaking even now.
We missed out on Barton, would have loved to get him, but we offered £20k a week which is a top Championship wage, he wanted double. Forestieri would have cost more than Wood and has scored 1 goal so no real missed opportunity.
As for Byram i'm surprised we offered a lower wage but its good we are not been held to ransom by players on wages above their skill level or agents asking for prem wages for their clients.

Sorry but i don't agree monk did a very good job . Why the fell off the wagon I couldn't say . Yes monk made couple poor line ups at times . but what he did with that Leeds side with little money saw top draw . The only reason Leeds didn't make the playoffs was the manager and players bottled it couldn't handle the pressure. The decisions made by played Phillips hand ball against Brighton takes us down to 10 men and a go down . If he let's it go in stays on the pitch the outcome could of been different. My only fault with monk was too defensive at times and picked wrong players in big games

We have to get up first and after Newcastle we play to defensive. So your not seeing what the players can really do . We have 6/7 players that can make the step up roofe wood green the back 4 and Taylor should he stay and 2 or 3 others spend money £20 million would get to good players and loan 1/2 players . Just have to look in the market for the right players right price . I would like to see cm come in with experience

All 3 center backs had good and poor games bamba is a leader he has the experience that Cooper doesn't have and bellusci well his mistakes came from a lack of confidence you could tell by a mile when he was confident . Same as every player needs confidence and I don't think Steve evens gave the players that I really don't think we saw the best out of the team.

Both worked well together and how do you know NR is picking the team sack someone and it affects the team sometimes in good way some times bad like right now . but has anyone pick up why they sacked Steve is mc saving money before a takeover it was out off the blue and Leeds have done so well only reason that makes sense unless they have had a fall out but would of known about it
