Will the arrest of D Haigh affect the winding up petition he has placed on lufc?
does he need to be present when it goes to court?
{Ed001's Note - it depends, if the funds he loaned to the club are part of the investigation, then it would have to be put on hold until the Dubai Police have dealt with him. He does not need to be present though.}

So Leeds united received 500 k for the academy.
so where has the money gone????????
It obviously was not ring fenced.
1.) Hi, I heard reports are wrong about Thorp Arch closing to save costs. Apparently we're refurbishing the training ground with that money
2.) The FA provided £500K to all cat 2 academies and the Clubs were meant to match this. So there should have been £1M spent on the youth academy to include improvements in infrastructure and employment of academy staff. Barnsley revamped all their facilities with lots of improvements evident at their academy including a 3g with stadium) and more full time staff employed. Leeds built a low fence around the first team pitch. Oh, and belatedly installed new 3g as their old surface was condemned 2 years ago. From my understanding there is no infrastructure improvements planned at TA during the summer.

Looks like he is on his way out. Really hope Jason Blunt gets the job, he really is Leeds through and through, and in my opinion we have him to thank for all the young talent coming through academy.

There is a rumour that Redders might be joining Simon Grayson at Preston to work along side Glynn Snodin. I wish him well wherever he goes and although it didn't work out as coach he will always be appreciated by the Leeds supporters and Steve Morison!

There is a lot of bad vibes about Bellusci but if he goes he will be badly missed.
It takes time to learn how to play in the championship which hopefully he has done now. So far this season he has been one of our best defenders and made very few mistakes, unlike the much loved Bamba.
The man is a very clever defender and to those people who think Cooper is better need to study both players a bit closer.
Cooper is slow and completly left footed and still needs to gain experience playing at a higher level, and will still only be a sub should we find a replacement for G B IF HE LEAVES.

He is playing in the development side regularly and is coming on well but he is behind the likes or Parkin and Stokes at the moment. He looks a good prospect.

Its not just about pace, Think of Snodgrass he had no pace but had the skill to get defenders to commit to a challenge and then skip pass them.
It the ability to get defenders to dive in and still beat them. The Italians call it "SALTARE IE jumping the player" that my best interpretation.

Yes I am more optimistic about the future of the club.
I am not a fan of MC but it looks like he getting to the bottom of the KB legacy and hopefully we will be trading in profit soon.
On the pitch we are moving in the right direction but its not going to happen quickly as the squad still needs a lot of development and investment.
I don't understand why so many people are being so negative about the summer signings, as it is generally recognised that the foreign player would need time to adapt to the championship.
I think we have got a good (young) squad now with lots of promise.We just need to climb up the table a bit and get through this year.

I don't understand this statement "dip in form"
we have been rubbish all year.
we just got lucky in the first half of the season until we got sussed by other teams.
dont forget our great performances in the cup.the writing was on the wall early doors, but as usual we buried our heads in the sand.
