Marcus Antonsson is starting to score regularly for Blackburn in league one. Can see this loan doing him a world of good and maybe we should give him another chance next season.

Having seen ARs Twitter post calling for us fans to stay patient etc, I do agree with his sentiment and thank him for the work, time and money he has put into the club. As fans we all want the best for this club and we know we are moving in the right direction all be it slowly. Also we do have the right to voice our opinions, none of us enjoy being negative or at least I hope not. But looking at things constructively, there are problems with our squad and style of play at present. Strengthening in a few areas is needed, so over to you AR.

Not at all Wex, you miss the point. Can't believe anyone compare AR to Massimo with the direction he is taking the club. By the way Massimo had his good points and layed the platform for AR. But us fans have the right to voice our options, regardless if you or others agree. AR has been good for the club and I for one have no doubt he will continue to take this club forward.

Trouble is Mezzer seems some here want instant success. Like I said we're a work in progress. Patience is required. Everyone is entitled to their opinions but criticism of our manager is a bit harsh considering the start he's had. We all know this is the toughest league let's let him find his feet.

At last match day has arrived after the latest international break. Here's hoping the boys have worked hard in training, TC states he has a fit Squad to choice from. If you are (and I find it hard to believe) a true football fan, then why spend so much time and effort on an other teams site. It could be a backhanded compliment on your part. By the way odea, Radio talk sport this morning were doing a quiz about the five teams that have lost 300 matches or more in the premier league. Spurs were there with 316 matches to date in 5th position. Others like villa and Newcastle etc had been relegated or up and down, I guess this shows that as a Spurs fan you are use to your so called dross, even an authority on it. Just saying!

You have no right to call Bolton and Burton rubbish, you offend both these clubs, go away and do your history, Bolton have a proud footballing history and produced great players, Burton have gone from non league and are still creating their history. The fans of any team are the life blood and true fans follow through tough times and the glory. You say you are a Spurs fan but admit your team not winning titles as your not as strong as some other teams. I've been around long enough to see our glory days and know that football seems to go around in cycles. So call big clubs in the prem have had their times in the lower leagues. Relief today that we got a win, even more so that it was against monk's team. But biggest relief is that the players showed some grit and wanted it today. All we as is that the players show us fans the same amount of passion as we show them. Now let's build on this result.

If after the international break we still can't get a result and lose against Boro and AR decides to let TC go then Orta should follow him and we allow the next coach to be a manager and have a say in recruitment of players. Works well for other teams, look at wolves the manager has recruited players he trusts and knows and as a team they are flying.

Classof92,have taken on board your measured arguement and agree you make a lot of sense, also I've called down a tad since yesterday. Agree that AR will probably stick with TC for the time being and not a great deal that can be done until the next transfer window opens. No one deliberately sets up to fail, but there has been something drastically wrong with our recruitment of players. If this is solely down to Ortas policy of buying young so-called bargain buys from abroad that may or may not be stars for the future. TC needs input into recruitment as the policy of sourcing players and giving them to a coach to coach is not working. If he understands the championship then he needs to buy players who are good enough to play in this league. Otherwise what chance does he or anyone else have?

I hear what you are saying classof92, and agree AR is building for the long-term. I do like TC as a person and From the reports AR was impressed with his tactical Knowledge during his interview for the Leeds job. We all thought he was the real deal from our start. But lately he seems to no answers as to how to halt the slide. Yes agree some blame should be laid at Ortas door for his recruitment . Players that were playing well at the start of the season are now looking poor and lacking confidence and as coach this is TCs job to sort. We can hope that giving him more time might change this and I would love to think he can turn it around. But in my opinion I just don't see this happening . TC just says we are making mistakes, but what is he going to do to change this.
