Jack Clarke 8.5 to 12 million apparently. If he comes back on loan for a season add another 2 million minimum to the fee. Plus potential add ons the final price could be as much as 17 million. Or am being delusional?

I don't think it works that way. The price is what is agreed now not after next season.
