Anyone heard the rumours that Jimmy Bullard is going to join as chief scout? Was supposed to be Dowling, formerly of Blackburn, but he is having difficulties agreeing severance with Blackburn.

Never mind chief scout get him to play, better than anything we've got.

To the second post, don't be so ridiculous, age aside he is nothing but a trouble causer and would upset the dressing room, I cannot honestly see him being a BMD kind of player thank god.

What about our present lot causing upset for us fans EVERY SATURDAY?

Seen him around town a lot (Hull and East Riding). can't stand the man. Hate to see him anywhere near Leeds.

Shame he isn't coming to play for us. Even injured is better than what we have currently pretending to be midfielders

I know it was in the papers recently that Byram was interesting Newcastle and Man City but I have now heard that other clubs in the premiership are taking interest again now that he is back from injury. I can see him going in the christmas window but at least we have a manager and board now that know the value of players so we should get a decent price for him.

Why would other Clubs be interested he has not played well because he is not fit and there is still a chance he might have to have an operation

I have a vey good source who is the manager of a York junior team where Sams brother plays.
Was talking to him on Tuesday and he says that Sam WONT be leaving us as he loves the club and wants to keep playing for us. He also doesn't want to end up like some of the others that have gone thinking the grass is greener!

Would take £5-10 million anyday for him. Is he really that good? I don't think so.

Unlike others who have left us though he has the quality and potential to join a top four club. He has said before he loves the club and that he doesn't want to leave but if it was one of the big clubs like Arsenal or Chelsea that came in for him and not just say Norwich or Newcastle his head might be turned. If it was a decent price for him, at least 5M+, and he said he wanted to go, i.e. wasn't being pushed out of the club then I would let him leave as that sort of money would go a long way to help our team get promotion

Sam is not that good and has been hyped up very well. If we can get 10m for him I'd be delighted! We've sold better players for less money

Hey all to comment 2 I am from where sam lives and most people who know him round here agree with you myself included while his dad is still his agent he will no doubt stay if that changes however he may go in the future! and to comment 5 he is good but I agree 10 mil and we have sold a lot better players in the past for much less

Now that Feeney has joined Bolton, Eagles is allowed to leave for Leeds

Eagles played from start on Saturday. + he would cost too much 1-2 million, as only loan they would do would be with a view to perm in jan. 3 he's on prem wages 4> nice thought but more chance off me seeing a golden Eagle in Leeds 11

McDermott will bring in Chris Eagles in the next 9 days. Wages are stumbling block but should get green light

Wages will not be a stumbling block. Chairman has recently said that wages will not be an issue for short term loans.
