Why is it 3 steps back Martyn? Lots of good managers have started lower down and progressed up the leagues. How can you know Sheridan will not be a good boss at Leeds?
Hes not exactly Hockaday who had little management experience. He has been managing for nigh on 10 years now and maybe deserves a crack higher up.

17th in the division below us. It would be just more time wasted if we really want to push for it get a proven manager and splash the cash on proven quality players or we will still be here in 10 yrs time.
