So we got a medical pencilled in for another young player that will be added to the one for the future brigade. When is this club going to enter a transfer window and get a bloody player we can use now!

Mezz Those players cost big bucks. The weakest player in our first team on performance this season is probably Costa and he going to costa £15m. Finding players good enough to shove a current player out of the 18 matchday squad will not be cheap. When you reach the summit of the Championship after nearly 30 games you tend to have good players worth money so acquiring even better ain't going to be cheap. I stand by my predo. Che Adams will arrive before the end of January.

One of the more unlikely sounding possibilities is attacker Emre Mor of Celta Vigo, currently on loan at Galatasaray. Apparently the Leeds hierarchy are wary because they don't want to sign a player directly from the Turks for fear of a fan backlash. His stats are rather unimpressive this season with a mighty zero goals or assists so far. Sounds to me like an Orta special.

Emre Mor was hyped for big big things when he was at dortmund. Never paid off and still only 22, could well be a said benrahma type for us. Showed end product and blistering pace, has played through the middle and on the wings in the past.

Leeds sticking with Adams as our main striker target but might only happen toward the end of the window in a Daniel James/ don't go to bed yet type thriller. likely to be a loan with option to buy if it does go through.

Curtis Jones on loan on loan is a non starter sadly. My Anfield contact tells me he’s been told he’s not going out on loan this window and can probably expect some first team games once the premiership win is sealed.

Woody we get linked to anyone and everyone, someone like Curtis Jones has an half decent game and we get linked. Personally would not surprise me if no forward player arrives this transfer window even though we definitely need back up. Meanwhile we sit on our hands, other championship teams like Swansea and Preston strengthen their teams. Best thing that Leeds fans can do is just wait until the final 12 hours of the transfer window, maybe sometimes may stir.

Other sources reporting that Klopp wants to keep him at Anfield so this one was a non-starter from the beginning.

We are after (loans probably) a winger and a striker plus a keeper. Whether they will be any good remains to be seen, normally Orta gets one out of 3 or 4 right and the rest don't work out.
