Agree3 Disagree0

Turns out noel hunt may be leaving leeds utd after just a few months at the club

Believable64 Unbelievable37

He's just bought a house in Leeds, I doubt he is leaving anytime soon

Agree2 Disagree2

Going to Harrogate Town, fingers crossed.

Noel, please go, now, anywhere you like, I will drive you there personally.

Agree2 Disagree5

Why don't you leave the lad alone and show him some support? It's the hole team under achieving not just Hunt, half of you who slag the players off probably don't even go and support them at elland road? Billy Paitner was miles worst then Hunt is and we supported him through it all .

Agree9 Disagree4

I am always disappointed when things don't go right for a player, after all we just want the team to do well.the only way out of the slump is for everybody to work together, get a couple in if possible and start again from the birmingham game.had hunt scored when he was brought down against bournemouth, we wouldn't be thinking about him going anywhere, he just needs a boost, one to go in off his arse and off he goes, happy again and full of confidence.come on leeds, get it moving.

Agree5 Disagree1

To the second comment, i hope that was a joke!harrogate town, ffs.

Agree4 Disagree0

I remember a certain Ross McCormack making a very slow start to his career at Leeds to go on and become a fans favourite. Noel's work rate is second to non and just isn't getting the rub of the green at the moment. It dose my head in those of you who go to the games for a beer and criticise every player who makes one stray pass no matter if the teams playing well or not. Using the phrase 'your rubbish' if a player gets tackled or a strike at goal goes wide or is excellently saved. With no opinion that maybe just maybe, a team that comes to Elland Road and beats us, might just have played very very well, and not the fact that we are 'rubbish' and can't kick a ball. These are narrow minded fools that actually have no idea about football with personic groans I hear week in week out at Elland Road. Yes I agree we need more width and fire power but until then this is what we've got and for once let's ALL get behind the lads, support our team no matter who is wearing the famous white shirt. This is not a rant.

Agree5 Disagree1

To the last comment there - Derby away, we were terrible - losing against a team who have been getting worse results than us, then get a new manager in. We cannot even beat another team who are, confidence wise, worse than us. It's not looking good. Grayson, Warnock & McD, ONE common factor - NO MONEY, we have bought badly, loaned badly, factor MONEY & IMPATIENT FANS! let's just hope that all this talk about investment & players coming in, actually happens, because if it does not BMD & GFH will feel the backlash - LESS & LESS OF US ATTENDING MATCHES. I really do hope BMD & GFH do turn it around, because I really do not want to go back to League 1, because we'll never get out of that league again!

Agree2 Disagree0

You are only as good as the players you've got, "nuff said"

Noel Hunt will come good and it will probably happen sooner if people get off his back.

Agree2 Disagree3

09 Oct 2013 17:24:34
Who's going to score our goals now? :D

Agree2 Disagree0

Hunt was a dreadful signing. He was rubbish at Reading which is why he left on a free. We are stuck with him now until his contract expires, because nobody will buy him or pay him the $15k a week he is on!

Agree2 Disagree1

Best news I have heard all season. We may aswell get Kandol back, he would score more than this piece of garbage.

Agree2 Disagree1

No point winging bout hunt when we got not one class player no wingers and not a pot to piss in
r.i.p leeds united we should ov liquidized when risdale messed up i'd be over that now and the new co we would of formed would be in better shape on and of the feild then we are now attended leeds games for 22 of my 26 years but won't go now till this club stops being a embarresment joke club with no ambition

Agree0 Disagree0

Noel Hunt was alright for us. Not a natural goalscorer but ran down the channels for balls and was a good partner for many strikers we had. Give the lad a break he ain't a poacher, ok for championship level

Just seen headline in OS stating that defender is up for loan move. Disappointly its Killock as I was kind of hoping it was any of our back four against Derby.

Believable22 Unbelievable5

Not the defences fault that they have a rubbish midfield ahead of them forcing them to work overtime

I don't like to say this but a good friend of mine is best mates with Brian and it looks like Luciano Becchio is coming back to Leeds in the next two week The only thing I'm worried about is he has not played football since January Norwich are signing a new striker which is giving them a chance to release becchio

Believable10 Unbelievable59

Is the transfer window not closed for Norwich? Unless its a striker that's free agent they are signing?

Agree4 Disagree0

I'd have him back in a heartbeat. He can score goals.

Agree3 Disagree1

Is your mate from Reading? Becchio isn't coming anytime soon because he's in Norwich 25 man squad until january

Agree1 Disagree0

08 Oct 2013 14:26:21
i would still like him back at eland road any day of the week, can always find the space in front of goal we are lacking.ok he has, nt played much this season but he has still being training, rather him now than4or 5 weeks time when we could belooking at the bottom four. get him in now.

Agree4 Disagree1

Let's bring in another 30 year old yeah fair 1 that he has proven record in championship, chairman said there's no quick fix to prem and it a 2 year objective let's bring in young not over 25 players who over next 2 years will jelland who are hungry!no thanks 2 beccio he couldn't cut the mustard at Norwich so why do we want him back

Agree3 Disagree3

We need someone in NOW that can score goals or we will be playing in league 1 next season.

Agree2 Disagree1

08 Oct 2013 14:57:40
We 2 new wingers who can creat for the strikes before any strikers, how can strikers score goals without being supplied

Agree5 Disagree0

To poster 5. How many of our present team would cut the mustard?
NONE!
So basically he is better than what we have got?
Don't turn your nose up to a striker that was only trying to better himself.

LUFC KEK

Agree4 Disagree3

Got to be someone like Nicky Maynard instead. In the formation he plays we need a creative midfielder and or a winger
Luciano had his time and now that time is over . Most of his goals were penalties anyway and he is quite frankly the laziest player I've ever watched with a horrendous toutch .
Replys welcome from people have had seen him play rather than watched on tv

Agree3 Disagree1

Bringing Becchio back is not the solution, it never works bringing players back, remember Delph did'nt make a scrap of difference never doe's, and still stuck with all the deadwood THAT NO ONE WANTS, Brown, Peltier, White, Tonge, Norris, Pugh, Varney, Diouf, Pearce, Lees, Drury, Green, Hunt, FREE TO GOOD HOME and still stuck with them, not even Messi & Ronaldo could help us having to play with these people in our team. Sorry to sound so negative but if we had a vote i'm pretty sure the majority would agree with me, and it's us that have suffer every Saturday, EVERY SATURDAY.

Agree4 Disagree5

I agree with the last post that we need to get rid of some of the dead wood that we have and bring in 2 or 3 decent players. I know Brian mc has already said this but how long can he keep saying. action speak louder than words!

Becchio is defo NOT the answer to out problems. He won't be match fit and it never works bringing back past players.

I think its going to be a long season and I hope that we can stay up!

I am trying not to be too negative as I have been a
Leeds fan all my life and a season ticket holder for many years buy we have got to do something and quick otherwise the home attendance will start to drop and that is something that we don't want to happen.

Agree2 Disagree2

To the last poster I would agree with the exception of Diouf and Green on a good day! Really do not know the answer without the obvious ( MAJOR INVESTMENT )

Agree1 Disagree2

I've never rated Becchio, I enjoyed him being at our club but didn't cry when he left. Good luck to him.

Agree1 Disagree1

'A good friend of mine is best mates with Brian' Yeah. And I'm the sugar plum fairy. Don't believe it will or should happen. It would just more sticking plaster when radical surgery is needed. But I really, really don't see what the point of the Becchio/Morison glorified swap was from the point of view of either club. Neither club has got anything worth having out of it. Excluding the conspiracy theory that this was a piece sabotage by evil non-genius Warnock, it probably just means that football clubs are often run by really, really stupid people .
