Leeds to confirm the signing of Noel Hunt on Monday 10th June.

Believable44 Unbelievable52

This guy is almost 100% jioning but sadly i'd rate him as a slighty deluxe version of luke varney i. e all huff and puff with no real end result. We need better!

Di Canio is looking to offload Connor Wickham with Leeds, Notts Forest and Leicester on the radar

Believable35 Unbelievable58

Yes please.

Agree5 Disagree0

He's offloading him because he reckons he's a lazy playboy! Never lived up to his potential and Di Canio seems to know why. NygOT what we want at our beloved club!

No thanks!

Agree1 Disagree0

I hope not he's been awful recently, in the u21 this week he was pants! it would be a big mistake, markymafia

Agree1 Disagree0

After his performances in the u21 no thanks can't control the ball and for a giant can't even header

Agree0 Disagree0

Wendies reckon they're getting him, not a chance they can afford him though so worth a crack!

Agree0 Disagree0

He was awesome at ipswich b4 his transfer, him and hooper (Scunthorpe) 1 took the paycheck at sunderland and the other tooo 1st team football at celtic and now look what's happened

Agree0 Disagree1

He would cost a fair bit and he's not very good obviously, never has been imo. better players 2 spend money on

Agree0 Disagree0

Just what we need linked to yet another striker with a 1 in 5 goal to game ratio the only thing he has going for him he is still only 20

Agree0 Disagree0

No no no nobody

Better options out there

Agree0 Disagree0

He's actually a very talented lad, but way outside our range in terms of transfer value and wages. Only possibility would be a loan. Would be a handful at this level. Chapel A

Agree0 Disagree0

I don't know what's happened to him at Sunderland but before his move it looked like he had everything. Good eye for goal, real strength and fair pace for his size.

If he's priced well enough then the coach who can reawaken his potential will have a serious asset for the club going forward. A gamble sure, but could pay off massively.

Agree0 Disagree0

I would still take the lad. He has shown potential and deserves a chance

Agree0 Disagree0

You would take the lad but if it was your money you wouldnt. I admit he was ok once but hasn't been for awhile so why take that huge risk.

Agree0 Disagree0

One of those that prefered to believe his own hype rather than get his head down and prove it game-in, game-out. Might reach potential somewhere but, needs chopping down to size, then building back up.
BMD could be the man for that but, he'd be a fairly pricey risk. Probably best left to those with deep pockets or desperate enough.

I know people at OAFC and have been told that matt smith is a certain to sign for Leeds this week. I asked how he rates smith and he said at the moment he's premier league in the air but league 2 on the ground but is vastly improving. He also said he thinks he will be a good signing for us.
You heard it here first!

Believable54 Unbelievable46

Leeds did very well with a player just like that in 90s old chappy

Agree2 Disagree0

Isn't he doctor Who? Or maybe a extra time lord heeheee.

Agree0 Disagree0

Well done, only person i've seen who said he would sign

Agree0 Disagree0

He's signed on a 2yr deal

Agree0 Disagree0

Good shout Mkenny4, just been confirmed!

Crumbs, good lad. Almost the first person to post something on here that actually transpires.

Franco Di Santo has been released, surely he's a shout?

Believable46 Unbelievable46

Why do you people think cus he's been released that we have a chance? he's a good prem player and will join a prem team so we ain't got a chance

Agree1 Disagree0

Probably will go to Everton

Agree0 Disagree0

He wouldn't even give us the time of day

Agree1 Disagree0

If he is so good why has he been released

Agree0 Disagree0

Yes he's been released but it last season he was 1 of there best players by miles and i'd put my house up that he will b in the prem as there are a lot worse than him in the prem at present

Agree0 Disagree0

He opted not to sign a new contract with Wigan so technically he hasn't been released and is going on his own accord because he obviously doesn't want to play in he championship

Agree0 Disagree0

Would have thought he had a relegation release clause in his contract, which he's just exercised.
No, he wouldn't give us the time of day as he obviously doesn't want to drop down a league.
To the poster that asks 'if he's so good why has he been released'. he's a very good player and clubs often release good players through their own choice or not.
You should try watching some football every now and again. It's a much better indicator as to the level of a player than his current contract status.

Agree0 Disagree0

Franco Di Santo might be decent in the championship who knows but I think he was poor in them prem.

Agree0 Disagree0

Lol di santo hardley played in the prem, he's a quality player

I heard that Sanchez Watt has been in discussions with Leeds from a friend of a friend who knows his agent. I think it sounds like he is in discussions with a number of clubs though.

Believable12 Unbelievable69

No thanks

Agree0 Disagree1

If we sign him then dnt expect us to challenge for the top 6. terrible player

Agree0 Disagree1

Never controlled the game when he was here before. Too lightweight and pushed off the ball too easily

Agree2 Disagree2

Never rated him when he was here last time he went missing when it got tough which was quite often last year

Agree0 Disagree0

In all fairness he shows potential but he isn't ready for championship maybe league 1 I reckon or possibly a good signing for Yeovil town

Agree0 Disagree0

I don't think he'd ever cut it in the Championship. Not enough time on the ball in this league. You need to be up for a scrap.
Could be worth a chance for a Prem team or a Championship team already bristling with hairy-a**sed row-z lumpers.

Sanchez Watt has been released by Arsenal, he could definitely come back and do a job couldn't he?

DLW

Believable10 Unbelievable80

He could do a job yes, like sweeping the terraces

Probably in a supermarket!

Agree2 Disagree2

Did not do anything when he was on loan, what makes you think this could be different?
PeteMOT

Agree1 Disagree1

He's been terrible each time we've had him so why take him again? I'm all for giving players a chance but surely he's had his with us!

Agree0 Disagree1

I don't think so. Looked to have decent potential during his initial loan spell and I'd have been happy for us to sign him as one for the future. He's been largely anonymous in loan spells since even at a significantly lower level. I doubt McDermott will be interested.

Agree0 Disagree0

Terrible player who has been a flop foe awhile now

Agree0 Disagree1

Hes been reloeased because he's crap! lol markymafia
