I have it on good authority that Fabian Delph is coming back t back to Leeds on loan with view to a permanent transfer as long as it doesn't end like last years

On tonights evidence id rather have derry. Him and bannan were either non existant or terrible.

I completely agree he should never of left at his age and it has probably made him a worse for it.

He'd presumably be available at a 20% discount to us.
Don't we have a sell-on clause with Villa on his contract?
Would we be paying the money up front and getting the 20% paid back to us by Villa at a later date?

Would of course take him back, great feeling for the club, and obvious ability, though agree that, following injuries and uncertainty over place in AV team, seems a worse player at present than 4 yrs ago. Well worth a punt though. Chapel A

I believe that Leeds are trying to stir up interest in Becchio so that he will be sold to the highest bidder. I don't think that the manager rates him and I think that he's at his most markeatable now - with a good scoring record this season, but coming towards the latter end of his career. I am not saying that I endorse this move - I think it would probably be a mistake - but that's what it sounds like. Otherwise, the assistant manager said too much on Saturday. If you really fear losing a player, do you mention this to the press? I think not.

This could be true my was at footy training tonight and my mates a boro fan. His brother is a physio at the boro and apparently becchio has been offered to a host of clubs. Makes sense rumours coming from boro, forest and Cardiff as well as numerous other clubs

I don't think he's being hawked around by the team management, but he's clearly up for sale by the board. I took Mick Jones' statement as a plea to the board not to sell, and letting the fans know whats afoot. The current signs are worrying...

Not sure why you think Lambert would want to move to Leeds. He's integral to Saints. It would cost a lot to persuade Saints to let him go.

Yes, it would take a lot for Saints to let Lambert go as they have already received approaches from within the EPL and told those clubs that Lambert is not for sale. Sorry, dream on.

According to Mick Jones, the club will be doing all they can to keep their squad intact, and hopeful they can fend off interest from Prem and abroad for Becchio and also Byram. Doesnt sound like they are about to let him go to Forest

There is more chance of us getting Bates as hes on a short term contract which ends in a week or so, which would be a replacement for Paddy. Danns could come on a loan to give Norris competition.

Dexter Blackstock is all but signed for Leeds United. Just a few loose ends to tie up with Forest. Sorry to say this but it looks like the Becchio rumours could be true, because if what i am hearing is true then it looks like Mr Becchio will be joining Nottingham Forest for 3 Million plus Dexter Blackstock.

Forest fan here, Blackstock not the player he was before that bad injury 2 years ago, lost a yard of pace, has an awful first touch but if you go route one and direct he will win more headers than he loses in and around the box although lately he seems to be going to ground quite easily and winning now, refs getting wise to him, if we get 800,000 plus for him we should snap buyers hand off. Cannot see Becchio coming to Forest too similar to Simon Cox and Billy Sharp, I assume his next port of call would be Prem or one of the teams really pushing for automatic coz it aint gonna be Forest or Leeds doing that this season.

Worth a pay as you play contract. Prove his fitness and then offer contract next year if he proves his worth

I would give the lad a chance but either pay as you play or give him a contract until the end of this season and see what his fitness/injury record is like for next season.

Michael Tonge is likely to be signed before saturday on a 2-half year contract. Also Neil Danns will join today at 1pm on a loan deal until the end of the season, Dexter Blackstock and Clint Hill are still in talks. Zac Thompson has extended his loan at Bury until the end of the season, Charlton are interested in Danny Pugh and Doncaster are weighing taking aidy white on loan

I believed it all until the part about Aidy White going on loan to Doncaster! Also I think Danns has agreed to join Huddersfield now.
I think Jerome Thomas might be part of West Brom's plans now too. I'd expect Tonge to sign permanently, Tate on loan for the rest of the season if he impresses over the next three weeks, but other than that I haven't a clue!
