My grandad who works near Thorpe arch said he saw becchio going into the training ground and it was defiantly him. Would you have him back?

We are in a dire situation and I for one would welcome him back

Definitely on loan or free and within our current wage structure.

Agree2 Disagree1

If he brought the goals back then yes

Agree3 Disagree0

Might wanna see if Yeboah fancies lacing his boots up too then
Seriously he is past it
17 games in 2 years!
We need someone young and hungry and judging by recent pics of LB it's clear he has been hungry in a different form

Agree5 Disagree3

Not going to win us promotion, but could save us from relegation. Even if just coming off the bench, could give us a boost. Even the odd tap-in could be crucial in our current position. And I'm sure he'd have got his head on that cross that Adryan bottled out of against Fulham.

Chapel
Doubt if Ronaldo, Messi and James Rodriquez would get us promotion this season, so that's a yes to Luciano helping us to stay up :)

Dont think he is the answer, people who think he is going to come back anything like what he used to be at Leeds are clueless!. don't get me wrong he will lift the club spirits a bit simply cause the fans like him but on the field I can't see him doing anything for us. Would rather give montenegro and sharp a bit more playtime instead of Doukara, Noone can argue with Antenucci, he always gives his best.

Agree4 Disagree0

Have to say no, no time to get him fit and he was never prolific, always gave 100 per cent but think we need an out and out striker who can hit it from anywhere.

Agree3 Disagree1

I to wonder if he would be fit enough as he has not played enough games, but he did give 100% in the past, he used to track back as well .

We aren't the same team we used to be either. Just a thought.

I've only been to one game this year so here's my question. Do we cross the ball well enough for a poacher like him to get those headers / crucial tap ins?

No we don't defwill. I would stick with antenucci and give Montenegro a run. Becchio was never prolific and won't be able to stop our slide. As for today's team selection?!!

Becchio was never prolific? 19 goals by New Yr before he left is prolific!

Hunts contract terminated by mutual concent rumour has it its to make way for bechio to return. Let me be the first to say although things didn't work out for hunt at leeds it wasn't from lack of effort and I for one would like to thank him and wish him all the best in the future.

Believable64 Unbelievable15

Looks like that's the case, Hunt was never my favourite player, but I do agree totally .

Agree2 Disagree0

Me too, I wish him well

Agree1 Disagree0

Totally agree can't fault his effort. It just didn't work out. The fact that MC leaked {not his fault}what his wages were{ incorrectly} didn't help his cause.

Agree0 Disagree0

Yes. Totally agree. All the best Noel

Leeds trying to put a deal together to sign Sol Bamba from one if the Italian clubs (surprise surprise) he's a ivory coast international centre back who is 6ft 3" and played 55 games for Leicester in championship before moving to Italy. Any one know anything about him?

Believable44 Unbelievable13

We could do a lot worse, he knows the league too so might be able to get straight back in to the rhythm

Agree5 Disagree0

Looks like a physical presence in the photos I've seen.

Agree2 Disagree0

Watched Bamba play for Leicester against Leeds a couple of seasons ago however he played as a defensive midfielder (although he does also play at centre back). He is a technically good player (ball control, passing etc. ) but is prone to lapses in concentration. Despite this he would walk into our starting eleven.

Agree1 Disagree0

Decent player -looked commanding at Leicester, and was a player some of us were pushing for us to sign 2/3 years ago.

I seen the lad in a few games
in mid and cb. I thought he was a better cb and just what we need at the back. Someone strong, who gives us a bit of height. I did think then that he would be a crowd favourite.
I just hope the lads walk away from Bolton with a surprising 3 points.
