Think bielsa said he can improve the existing players . reading between the lines I doubt many players will be coming in . Although i like who we have gotten rid of

That doesn't worry me unduly, in fact I think I am excited with the thought of some of our young guns being stamped with the Bielsa style and being released onto the Championship with no fear next season.

I'm with you there Leodis. I still think we will see a few incomings, but just the appointment of a top coach who can develop some of our quality players and youth is exciting.

Not been here for a long time, I am happy to wait and see what Bielsa does with our existing players before we waste millions on players that other teams obviously don't need or want?

Greatly surprised and confused with the O'Connor loan deal. On the one hand I feel that it is right he gets some first team experience albeit at Blackpool. Then again I wonder what we are doing in the back three. If we spend money and recruit a CB on a three year contract, what does that say to O'Connor. When he returns what happens to the newbie if he has progressed and just as important, what happens to O'Connor when he knocks on the door, with one year less on his contract. Do we ditch the newbie? Do we send O'Connor back on loan or do we sell? If he has done well at Blackpool I doubt he is going to want to play second fiddle again especially as when called upon last season he performed well and looked like he fitted in.

We struggled at the back last season and it was highlighted from when Bartley returned to Swansea that this was an area we needed to strengthen. Some young guys were tried with mixed results so to send him out on a season long loan when we are still light in this area is madness. All I can say is we must be expecting someone good to come in .

The lad will progress more playing at Blackpool than he will sat on the bench. He’s only 20? 7 years till his peak. By then he needs to be ready for champions league 😉 It makes sense tbh You only need to see the career of sir Harry Kane .

Not doubting he will gain from the experience of playing regularly on loan, just worried we still under strength in that area and no sign of replacements. We can't even recall him during the season as it's a season long loan.

some season long loans have a recall option built in to the contract. it depends on what the club decides on.

Don't know how I will feel if/when Hernandez/Vydra signs. They seem to be taking so long that the actual signing may just be an anticlimax. I won't jump up, a whooping more like pleasantly happy but worried that all our pound notes are in the one basket. Let's just wait and see what happens but for goodness sake may it be sooner rather than later.

Baghdad Bouneedjah currently playing in Quatar. Runoured to be a £13.5 million deal and prolific goalscorer (129 goals in 186 games) albeit in a poorer league.

How can this be justified if at all true, would be another bit of Leeds loony transfer dealings. What’s wrong with Jack Marriott, Joe Bryan, Kodija (loan to see if injury free) . Surely these are the kind of players we can bring in now. I don’t understand this waiting till World Cup is over mullarky that Kinnear was talking about. We really can’t expect to improve if we conduct our transfer business like a relegation battle is ahead. c'mon Radz let's get moving plz! MOT

Big teams buy big players to upgrade what they have. We buy the players who are to be replaced. Pretty simple. Although it does mean those teams are buying England, Croatia, France or Belgian players. I don't get this at all.

Looking like Tyler Denton will join Peterborough United and on a permanent deal. I wish we could land their Maddison. Seriously good midfielder.

Could it be a sweetener towards a deal for Maddison?
