Was at the Farsley game today.. Me and my mate were talking to a south African guy who was the agent for the 2 trialists and Max Gradel. He wouldn't tell me the names of the trialists other than they were German and the lad who played up front was an ex Stuttgart player and he was 29. I tried to prize info out of him but he said if Leeds didn't want him, be was off to Blackburn to have a trial there. I asked about Max and if he wanted to stay. All he said was 'we'll see' he did indicate in a fashion it was all down to £££ though. The lad who played up front was very good and he scored a hat trick. Grella got the other in a 4-0 win.. Saw Somma too but not to speak to.. By all accounts Mendy is a non starter...For now. He has gone back to France.

Yep.. Was definitely Felix Luz.. He moaned more than Kilkenny Lol. Played well though.

Another nobody for nothing, need to sign four or 5 quality players soon or back to league 1 we go

Becchio 2 in 3 striker at previous club, Snoddy highly rated Scot youth, Gradel stared at L1 level with Bournemouth on loan from Leics, these guys migt be alright but the others weren't nobodys

If i remember correctly in the early 2000s we had a team of somebodys but look what that got us nearly no club and league one for a few seasons yes we need to spend what we can afford but not on has beens

Becchio & Gradel were nobodies. Luz has been fairly prolofic beforehand

Yep we should only spend what we can afford.

Trouble is we can afford millions but our Chairman will only spend pennies.

I'm still shocked when anybody trots out the old line about how paying an average Championship wage is somehow the same as paying £7m for Seth Johnson. are some of our 'fans' really so simple?

I was also at the game and both the german players shone throughout. Only Farsley but Felix put all his goals away well good to see he wanted the ball at every opportunity MOT

Bulls$*t the trialists were Ibrahim Maaroufi,Felix Luz (Hat trick) and Dennis Grote

Def not him.. I was talking to the players agent at the Farsley game. He was German and he was White for starters.

He is a Brazillian/Australian, curretly plays in Qatar

Saw game looked a decent player but heard his name was Felix Luz

Sick to death of s**t freebie bates out get behind this drive bates out or we will be back in league 1

When will you idiots get it into your heads that there is no point in a 'Bates out' campaign as HE OWNS THE CLUB The only way bates goes is if someone buys him out.

Having watched him play LIVE for the Brisbane Roar back in 08/09, he's a bloody naff player

slow as all hell and very wasteful - 9 goals in 45 apps sets that out clearly (in a league where it was about league 2 football at best)

Montgomery & Quinn starting for Sheff Utd so I guess they are not signing for Leeds this weekend

Lol Montgomery told us to get lost last year when he saw the wages on offer.

Can't blame him.

Gradel and snoddy both started but i wouldn't 100% rule them out of going, especialy after that performance snoddy's head was in the premiership and gradel not much better tbh
