Heard a couple of rumours not sure how accurate they are but only stating what I have been told.
In Jan we are going to try and make McCartney's loan from sunderland and O'Brien's loan from Bolton permanent deals.
We are also going to make cheeky loan bids for two former players in the shape of Woodgate and Delph both in order to gain match fitness as both are set to return from injury around Christmas for their respective clubs.
The Alan Smith saga is not over yet no matter what Grayson says he is intrested and my opinion Smith is what we need in our midfield. All that needs sorting is what contribution in terms of percentage that Bates will pay towards Smith's wages.
Finally leaving will be Naylor (Sheff Wed), Michalik (Carlisle), Crowe (Oldham), Bessone (Anyone), Robinson (Tranmere), Grella (Carlisle Loan)
Becchio, Somma and Johnson will all sign new contracts in the new year.
