I would not presume to tell GM his line up, but it's just a pity that he cannot fit a front two of Wood and Antonsson into his system. The more Ant plays, the more goals we will return and hopefully the more Wood will blossom. Still, we are doing okay so far, so mustn't grumble.

That would be too many cooks and akin to a 433 formation which is wrong play for majority of games. Wood is playing well and Hernandez is undroppable right now.

Antonson never had a touch against barnsley. There centre halves were too strong and he as no pace.

I think we need the extra cover in midfield that only playing 1 up front allows us. The midfield battle is of vital importance in Championship games and we need to make sure we are winning that otherwise we will have 2 strikers with no supply line like we did earlier in the season.

We tried 4-4-2 and got over run in the middle, we could try 3-5-2 but I don't think Cooper is of the same quality as Jansson and Bartley so it would leave us with a weak link (and you really need a sweeper keeper which we don't have) so 2 up front just isn't plausible.
We have a really good spine for the current formation, Jansson and Bartley behind O'Kane and Bridcutt should pan out to one of the stingiest defenses in the league, Hernandez in front adds flair and creativity and Wood leads the line well (My god, how long since Leeds had a team with a proper spine to it) . Rather than looking to add a striker we should be looking to add a goal scoring wide man, maybe two. I like Dallas but he is 5 goals and 5 assists a season off where we need him to be and Sacko looks about the same. One 10+ winger gets us playoffs, 2 sends us up for me.
