For people wanting a new Manager, would you want a succesfull manager or one who has been sacked for failing? how many succesfull managers are available, I can only think of one!

I want an ambitious manager to be fair.
I feel warnocks age as caught him up and he's become rather cautious.

Agree1 Disagree0

Do you mean the Mussolini fancier? Well he has been successful and wasn't sacked. It would be entertaining for a while but I don't think he'd be there for the long haul. we'd be on a coundown to when he spat the dummy over something or else.

Maybe think about how McDermott was unfairly sacked (like Adkins) and how he has original ideas about management. Mind you, if there's no money to work with what's the bl**dy point?

GET O'NEIL IN NOW BEFORE HE GOES ELSEWHERE

Agree0 Disagree2

Didn't Mcdermoot lose most of his games after fluking the playoffs?

Dont want di canio either tbh, we need some stability.

O'neil is recently available, or mclaren who's soon out of contract would be an outside chance?

Agree0 Disagree1

O'Neil is a proven manager. He has proven skills in motivating players. it didn't work out at Sunderland but, as with the Mighty Whites, we don't always know what goes on behind the scenes and players do need to share responsibility. If players could execute exactly what good, top managers wanted them to do it would be easier to sort the wheat from the chaff. In my opinion O'Neil is a quality manager who has managed and succeeded at a very high level, we could do an awful lot worse, and probably will given our current experience as fans.

I'd like the new manager to be able to be able to not put too many L's into successful.

Agree0 Disagree0

I want anyone but Warnock!

Agree0 Disagree0

The only manager worth having would be MON in my view. He's been a long term target in my view, and timing has always not been in our favour, but maybe this time. Also for me it would be evidence of the intent we here so much about from GFH.

Agree0 Disagree0

Get McDermott in now, he managed to turn Reading around last season after a poor start to the season and they finished champions, the standard of teams in this league is poor, we've seen it all season that anyone can beat anyone, I understand it would be a tough ask with the current squad but maybe he could come in and galvanise the team and we could win every game from now till the end of the season, who know's,

Agree0 Disagree0

You need to think harder then

Agree0 Disagree0

We have a very successful manager Richard Naylor

Agree0 Disagree0

Whoever comes in, they should get Naylor involved as a number 2 he knows that youth team inside out and could be a real asset to us further down the line.

Bring in a manager to steady the ship and get us playing football again (Promotion should not be the main focus next season, unless we go down!), and let Naylor learn the ropes as his second, so that when the time is right, he can take over the reins and blood in the youngsters.

Last minuet loan deal collapsed for pennant!

Believable14 Unbelievable28

Good!! .

Agree1 Disagree0

Why would we get ANYONE in on loan at this stage of the season? There's nothing to play for, unless NW has growing unease that this year even 52 points won't be enough to be sure of staying up.

Rumour has it from Birmingham Clark to talk to Leeds

Believable4 Unbelievable62

Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse

Agree0 Disagree0

Cant be worse than we have got or had recently. grayson took nthe plaudits for the dog botherers promotion but it was clarkes team. they got lucky that they got grayson in after the transfer window so it was to late to buy any rubbish to spoil the team. new transfer window grayson soon reverted back to type. that's why the dog botherers are sh1t.

Agree0 Disagree1

I don't get what the desk is with most on here about him, yes he was a hudds but so what he has no attachment to them and he certainly doesn't bang on about how bad he was treated by them for nearly a full season like our manager has done. Plus he has shown he can work at a club with a worse budget than ours and still get them higher than we are! I'd welcome him if he gives the young lads a chance like he has at brum.

Agree1 Disagree0

I don't think it was through choice he's thrown kids on at Birmingham.
