Leeds after former Fiorentina youth product Guiseppe Masi . he is currently at Bari with a year left on his contract . fits the bill of the type of player leeds seem to be after . young ish with potential not yet realised it so cheap

Taylor will be back up, and lots of young Italian's being talked about, my prediction is 5-6 will come, before we all start moaning about unheard of players think see how the season starts,
Hopefully these players will be hungry and surprise us all .

Will believe it when they sign if Taylor is the marker this club has thrown down we will finish bottom. Hockaday and Taylor sorry but I am not going to wait I am going to moan now and if wrong applogise but I don't think I will be wrong. I'm 31 and use to be average and i'm a free transfer maybe I might be next to er maybe as player coach?

The Bari defender is Federico Masi, good shout if he's being looked at. The Masi mentioned above is a 32 yr old keeper with another Serie B side.

Leeds have agreed a deal to sign former Reading and Arsenal goalkeeper Stuart Taylor on a one-year deal .

Transfer embargo lifted then?

If he has signed then I hope he is being used only as a back up for a decent keeper.

The first of many quality signings then

good News a little while ago today,
Two players inbound for Leeds Massimo Cellino. The Director Nicola Salerno is already operating, looking for reinforcements. Coming from Modena Tommaso Bianchi and Cagliari goalkeeper Marco Silvestri.
Both, prepared for a three-year contract. The new Leeds takes shape, according to Salerno. MOT

According to the Daily Fail Leeds are in 'advanced' talks with Reading over signing former Arsenal and Villa Keeper Stuart Taylor.
Also Andre Blackman has been given a 2 week trial

Yeah could be truth in this as Kenny will be next out the door, in regards to Blackman has had issues in the past with discipline until his signed and plays worst than any of the jokers from last year then we should moan .

From tv sport
" that Leeds United captain Ross McCormack has handed in a transfer request. McCormack has been linked with a string of clubs this summer, including the likes of Fulham and Norwich City"

Would rather him go premier league team or norwich with player exchange for snodgrass or howson + cash to bring gradel back yea he's in in best of form and leeds players coming back don't work but we need players like that in team don't need team full of italians

The fact is that any decent English based players will cost also there's the issue of wages which is why certain other players are and will be released .
I will judge all concerned on performance!
These young Italian players may be are saving as yet .
Agree2

Apparently Fulham have a big offer in between £8-£10m depending on where or what you read but Ross is holding out for a Premier club. Newcastle and West Ham are believed to be the most likely.

It's about time a player actually handed in a transfer request. Normally they say nothing but their agent causes issues. That way the player doesn't lose his "Loyalty bonus"

Ed- can I get some clarification please pal. are we still under a transfer embargo and if so when will it be lifted? Cheers in advannce

{Ed001's Note - as the FL have not clarified things, I can only assume you are still under the embargo. It is only a matter of handing in relevant paperwork and having it processed, which could easily be the hold up, to be fair. They will be snowed under at this time of year with transfers, but it should be removed asap. I can find no reason why it should not be lifted now the finance issues have been resolved.}
