Former Aston Villa defender Richard Bryan is training with the club and will play for the Development Squad at Barnsley tonight
Why are we looking at yet another defender?, also I would think that at 19 we already have plenty of young players in that position, why do we keep on making the squad so lopsided, by get players for positions we already have covered?, we need wingers plain and simple

Do we really have good young players? Lees ain't great, white has been shipped out on loan and Byram looked in an awful team.
Some fans are never happy!
Our squads to old etc blah blah blah!
McDermott is an ex scout! He knows what he's doing. Maybe the lad is a RB and he wants to keep byram On the wing.
Now people complain about the younger players?! We do need players to replace the end if season departures.
Norris, Pugh, brown, tonge etc.
Now back the team and leave the selection and scouting to Big Mac. If you think you can do better. Get your F.A license and get promotion to the prem.

Been to oakwell tonight and even though we lost 4-3 after extra time some of th youngsters at really talented. The new signing got a goal, Chris Dawson had a gray match, and a few others looked like real good potential. Brian mc was in the stands aswell keeping an eye on proceedings.
Some of the youngsters should give some of the 1st team players a battle for places. Just look at Mowatt when he was given a chance.

Was not complaining about young players more on the fact that we all know money is tight for us and that what little money we could spare could balance the squad better, this is going to be a long season.if we need to change formation to play a 4-4-2 we don't have any real width in the squad

That's because we don't have any wingers, if we did he would play a different system
I cannot believe anybody would not want us to sign two wingers and improve the balance of the squad and then the team itself.

We need to play formations to outmatch the opposition as well as keeping em guessing!
