in the situation we are in im guessing, not saying i have friends or relatives to do with the club but i think unless we are a massively strong position at xmas then grayson will get the boot, both bates an grayson have always said there are funds to spend and grayson aint been the best in the windows and if we keep being inconsistent then he will be out the door for a new boss to use the shoestring funds to battle for promotion. i honestly cant see us going up with grayson still here which is a shame as he is a fellow white

It's only our second year in the division. We don't have right to be in the premiership and it takes time to build a team - especially when you have no money. Idiotic post.
You are talking absolute dribble,go buy a scumchester united shirt, you honestly believe some can come in with a click of a finger and make a better record, promotion, first season in championship finish 7th and now were pretty in 5th, and yes done with pennies spent, leicester and ipswich spent, what do they have to show for it? I'm so so sick of Grayson haters, I hope Simon is around for years to come.
Agree with both of you in a way, get the feeling sg may get the push, purely as we are sooooo hit and miss every week recently.
As good as we know sg can be , the partnership with kb doesn't seem to gel.
Do we need a bigger name (that sounds weird, but to attract bigger names)?
No we don't need a bigger name to manage Leeds, we need bigger funds, Simon is doing a good job on very limited resources. Keep the faith MOT.
I am original poster, i said nothing about a bigger name and i wish grayson would push us over the line i really do. i guess we will see how he does in this jan window as for me i believe the difference with us not getting to playoffs was a poor window, i feel just 2 more quality signings would have got us to the playoffs. what i meant to say is that too many inconsistencies may give grayson the boot.
I dont think SG should go he has done pretty well with the resources he has. True,he has brought in a few players that have not been up to scratch but that's the risk if you are buying in todays market particularly on the cheap. He is also prone to have his favourites and tactically he has been naive at times. However, in the past his substitutions have turned games around although recently he has been a bit predictable in his'like for like' changes. Last night however he made a significant change in the system. He had Howson playing up behind Becchio in the only position he can play well; Pugh solid at left back behind Aidy White who gave us more pace out wide and a holding mid fielder(Brown) alongside Clayton. 4-5-1. The plan wasn't without risk. Brown hasn't been setting the world alight and White is untried receiving balls in a more forward position. The formation and players did a fine job on the night. That's our best formation with the playeers we have at the moment. He might want to strenghthen the personnel in January to make it even better. Lets hope SG can build on last nights performance.
