So far with NW we have 1.28 points per game, under NR it was 1.5 points per game and under SG it was also 1.5 points per game!
On that basis, if SG had still been here, we would have 2 more points and only be 1 point off a play off place!
If NW had been here all season, we would have 7 points less and be in 16th position!

Not being negative, just stating the facts. On a positive, its nice to see everyone thinks we have turned the corner under NW?

Believable6 Unbelievable40

Our performances are vastly improved since simple Simon got the sack

Agree0 Disagree0

Did you not forget that SG has the team for nearly 5 years and NW is only in charge what 5 weeks grib a grip stupid post!

Agree0 Disagree0

If NW would have been here all season he would have had his team in and not a team filled with SG dodgy signings so i disagree with your statement about being in 16th, if that is your logic on the 29th march next year when NW would have had the whole season i bet you we are in the top 6 !!

Agree0 Disagree0

Why? Seriously...why? Plus is this really. A rumour? I'm really bored of people being negative about one thing or another, adhere the saying.."if you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all"

Agree0 Disagree0

We played southampton and west ham under nw... not easy games

Agree0 Disagree0

The absurdity of this post is kind of amazing

Agree0 Disagree0

I can't understand how fellow Leeds fans are so negative about us! What make Leeds united so great is that we stick together through thick and thin! Nw has been the best thing to happen to us for a long time,he is making the players fight for the shir !

Agree0 Disagree0

I can't believe somebody has posted something so stupid after about 5 games under Warnock with a team that isn't even his, we would have lost to West Ham, Middlesborough & probabaly Millwall under Grayson, the players now realise they are going to have to work hard if they want to wear the shirt which is all we have ever asked of them, for god's sake give the man a chance & let's all stick together & get behind Warnock & the team....

Agree0 Disagree0

After reading this post I just give up!! No I won't - MOT!!

Leeds 2 Watford 0 {Ed013's Note - I agree it is getting boring. I wait for good posts or at least funny one's and this is all I have to work with!}

Agree0 Disagree0

To the 1st reply - performances = points
2nd reply - Actually 4 yrs and 1 month
4th reply - I posted it as banter?
5th reply - We did under SG, I remember a great performance at West Ham and I grant you a poor opening day against Southampton, equally we also beat Forest 4-0 at their place, not 3-7!
7th reply - Probably have lost? points are points.

You have all demonstrated what I posted, that somehow when we play with more aggression (and less finesse and lack of ability to score late goals anymore) we all believe we have turned the corner under NW, despite our points average being lower?
I genuinely hope you are all proved right, but the post was actually in response to the persistent attempts to discredit what SG did achieve with this club. Only weeks ago, you were all blaming Bates for the lack of investment, now apparently it is SG who bought the wrong players and could not motivate them. He did a pretty good job when he he arrived at a similar time beginning of January 2009, he did get us to the play offs from 9th with a team that was not his, followed by promotion the following year. He also wiped the floor with QPR twice last year, where was NW's tactical and motivational genius then?

No more negative posts from me, I have vented my frustration!

Agree0 Disagree0

4 clean sheets in last 4 away games. Would your precious grayson ever acheive that? Think before posting. Support the team.

Agree0 Disagree0

I`m very postive about NW as our manager and i do believe he is and will do a fine job. I also believe that as a young manager SG did alrite and will improve from his experience at Leeds. SG is a Leeds fan after all and deserves our respect for his efforts

Agree0 Disagree0

Have you ever been to school?
You re lack of basic Maths is staggering.
Statistics can only be compared fairly over the same sampling time.
Warnock hence can t be compared even nearly to Grayson until you look at the same (or at least similar) numbers of games.
In addition, banter is opinion, which everybody has a right to voice.... What you ve posted is the Maths homework of a 5
year old.
Also, with banter, others are allowed to disagree, that s sort of the point. So you can t complain if people take the p@ss. It would be rude not to.
I suggest you go back to your colouring books.

Agree0 Disagree0

I'd have to say that the first post is the most ridiculous I've ever read! What a complete waste of time! Who cares about the average points the Redfearn and Grayson got, Warnock matters now so lets get 3 points against Watford! M.O.T

Agree0 Disagree0

Remember when NW tock over, most fans said next season, it's too big an ask to get playoff's this. Yet we still have an outside chance. yes pionts matter BUT the attitude of the players is the big differance for me - forest aside we just look far more solid and hard to beat.

I think playoff's is out of our reach now but while theres a chance we have to keep trying.

Agree0 Disagree0

I agree with the fact you cannot judge NW purely on points hes gained in a few games, against good opposition, with a squad he has inherited. NW has proven he knows who to sign and what areas need improving. Im not giving up on this season. MOT

Agree0 Disagree0

SG's last 7 games were very little different to NW's first 7 in terms of points and goals conceded.

The big difference (aside from Forest) is the change in attitude from the players and the increased optimism in the fans.

Agree0 Disagree0

A pointless article from a pointless wum. jog on pal you're no leeds supporter

Agree0 Disagree0

"performances = points" - if you have ever watched a game of football in your life (let alone Leeds Utd), you would know that that is definitely not the case.

Agree0 Disagree0

I believe the performances under N.W are better than S.G Forrest aside

Agree0 Disagree0

Its a good post you miserable gits
get a grip,lighten up

Agree0 Disagree0

Simple fact for first poster - if Simple Simon kept useless Rachubka out of goal we would have 8 points extra and he may have kept his job. He didn't, we don't and he rightly got sacked. We've now got a real manager. As much as I don't like the man personally he is getting a much better response from the team.

Agree0 Disagree0

Utter tripe
With NW we would have been ready for the season and would be in automatic or on the verge of it

Agree0 Disagree0

"wiped the floor with QPR twice last year"

I think you will find that one of those games was the last game of a season where we were supposed to be trying to qualify for the playoffs with an outside mathematical chance and they were the already coronated league champions. 2 - 1 not exactly a drubbing!
The other was achieved with our best team in years - players who since have all opted to leave due to the lack of progress and direction of Simon the inept.
You embarrass yourself with these kind of comments.

Agree0 Disagree0

Wow! 2 every1 ranting on about better performances. wat really matters at the end of the day? the points! i never liked sg, but u hav 2 face facts. yes we r playing nice football, but we aren't racking up enough points. results r the focus, not the great play we produce, that can come after we sort out results

Agree0 Disagree0

I think everyone is a little short sighted the manager does not kick the ball the players do.
I am a company manager, if my guys perform badly I tell them if it continues they
are go simple.

Agree0 Disagree0

I agree with the previous post. You can't blame Warnock here.

The players are the ones on the pitch. The players are meant to reflect the manager - his signings will reflect the way he wants them to play.

The thing is, Warnock is stuck here with Grayson's signings - not his own. No wonder he's struggling. He has to make do for the rest of the season with SG's crap (and there's a hell of a lot of it).
