So long as he's getting the money he's asked for, what does it matter who the owner and chairmen etc is?
If he asks for 7 grand a week and Cellino says I'll pay you that, then that's as far that relationship needs to go.
And let's face it, out of Barnsley, Wolves, Bristol City and us, where as a player would you get the most exposure to kick start your career?
If he's paid what he asks for, there's no other reason not to sign for Leeds United.
