Sam Baldock to sign for Leeds from Bristol City for 750k after their recent relegation
Would be a decent poacher for us but lacks any real quality.
Use our rumours form to send us leeds transfer rumours.

Brian McDermott wants to bring in a director of football before the start of next season.
Hows about Neil warnock.
Ermmm. As long as it's not Warnock ;)

Don't really see this as a McDMOT decision.
Dom matteo is the name been mentioned a lot
Don't think I've ever heard of a manager wanting someone put in above him, before. certainly not with any urgency.
Would be like a chicken interviewing for someone to be slaughtered by.
I have from very good authority (The man himself) that Matteo is being offered a role at Leeds. An excellent move but don't think it will be Director of Football

Leeds to make summer move for Burnleys Charlie Austin with a bid in the region of 6 million
6 million quid?
Leeds United, Seriously?
Well I think someone is being a touch optimistic but I like your way of thinking
Not a chance of that ever happening leeds won't even spend 6mill in the next 4 transfer windows keep dreaming
What, £6 million, no way we will have that ammount of money to spend unless we sell byram
29 Apr 2013 15:49:03
Live the dream Peter. Live the dream!
We'll do well to afford sharp let alone Austin.
Don't think he is worth £6M but he is defo on the radar if available for less, maybe £2-3 M will be our biggest buy
Hahah. Stop it!
Six million?
That's Steve Austin you are thinking of, not Charlie.
Why can't you lot be a bit more optmistic, you don't know how much BM will have to spend, and he will have cash, so just think big for a change instead of all doom and gloom ffs
Oh god that's the best laugh I've had for ages! ha
6 million wot buttons. Jp
Last post was correct it was steve austin that was the 6 million dollar man, cannot see leeds splashing more than 2 million on a single player
Mick MOT
Great striker, probably worth every penny by current prices. If only we could afford! Chapel A
6M Lucky if we have 60 quid
6mil get that man a stage we ain't got naff all ands as for being hopefully I thought that last season and we signed oaps so I ain't building my hopes on anything to do with leeds in the transfer market we will prob sign some one for 250k the get out of contract players

BMD to make cut price moves for Wolves Kasper Gorkks, Doyle, Ebanks Blake (only if cannot get Doyle) and Hammil once relagation confirmed. Reading targets Fondre, Harte, now staying with Reading after Probnyak Linked back to Fulham, Noel Hunt still on radar.
03 May 2013 11:10:04
You can have all our rubbish players: Leigertwood, Gorkss, Harte and Hunt. Le Fondre will only leave us to play in the premier league, not for a club who have less money and a good chance of going straight back up than you are of coming up
To point out, most of those moves won't be cut price. Gorkks belongs to reading, not wolves, and reading might want to hand onto him as he was boss when they won the league last year, Ebanks and Hammill are out of contract this summer, so will be free, and lots of teams are interested in Doyle.
29 Apr 2013 09:17:06
Possible move for Stopilla Sunzu, was on trial with Reading but didn't go through due to complications with his contract back home in Africa. 6ft3 23 year-old centre back.
Stopilla - what a great name for a centre half. Sounds like a transformer or summat.
29 Apr 2013 09:10:04
Doyle from Wolves linked. Would be decent signing if we can agree a reasonable amount for his wages. Would have to take a large cut, probably.

Habibou will not be with us next season. Has failed to make an impact and McDermott is aware of the bad PR he will create for the club in relation to the RSPCA. MOT!
Hes hasn't even had a run in the first team, very unfair really.
This guy cannot play. Get rid!
Habib-who?
Unbelievably poor when he has played -he and the ball look like complete strangers. Makes Tresor Kandol look like Drogba! Great judgement again Warnock! Chapel A
He is only on loan with a view to a perminant transfer, there is not a chance he will be here next season.
The local duck population will be relieved. Quack!
Told ya habibou was useless but just because he had an unusual name seemed enough for too many to think he would be a world beater. TOLD YA SO!
We would be "quackers" to sign him (Sorry couldn't resist!)
That's a bit unfair. A lot of us were HOPEFUL he might prove to be worth bringing in. At the time, we desperately needed some new faces (that weren't new 'old' faces).
So, he didn't really work out but, worth a gamble. Happily, we don't have to keep him.
