Heard a rumour that Leeds are looking at signing stoke's Danny Collins, don't know if its true and not sure on it. Has some premiership experience as well as championship. Fingers crossed for the investment, even better if a full takeover.

Mr Arnault by any chance? Silly rumour mentioned 2 weeks ago, but I was it were true lol

Agree0 Disagree0

Dont think so....like to be American or from the Middle East.

Agree0 Disagree0

My money if on the French guy too. We were told early last week by someone fairly well connected within ER. Cant imagine he told us about it based on a WP page and he seemed confident.

Be nice if Yves Saint Laurent, Dior or DKNY replaced Macron on our shirts.

McCormack linked with Crystal Palace & Huddersfield Town! We need to keep Ross McCormack, Aide White & Clayton.... 3 top quality player's!! Come on Warnock as much as new signing's are needed we need 2 keep these 3!!

Believable10 Unbelievable6

Everybody linked with everybody, no point worrying about things

Agree0 Disagree0

If they wont to leave they are not worthy of a white shirt.

Agree0 Disagree0

All 3 can go. White is very poor. He is simply young, fast and from our academy. Cast the sentimental away and he is s**te.

Clayton did not do what Warnock wanted on the field so is out of here and Warnock doesn't rate Macca's style s a first eleven player.

Time to move on.

Agree0 Disagree0

These three were regulars in a team that finished 14th in the Championship and the only one who has stated publicly that he wanted to stay was Adam Clayton, so I fail to understand the gnashing of teeth ... if they want to leave, let them and give the dosh to NW. However, I would look to keep Clayton, if he still wants to stay, and let him fight for his place. As far as the other two are concerned ... thanks for your efforts and the money you'll bring in when you leave ... good luck and goodbye.

Agree0 Disagree0

Warnock needs to start wearing his glasses when watching mccormack in the future. clayton probably just couldn't do everything on his own as brown too slow to help. white is the only player i would let go but he could be a good sub to have as he can play lb,lm or rm .mccormacks style of play is good all round ,i would rather see warnock leave

Agree0 Disagree0

You're an person then , he obviously doesnt want to play for us so he can do one

When takeovers complete Leeds to bid for whittingham, peltier, kenny and Rhodes! Exciting times!!

Believable7 Unbelievable15

Kenny and Peltier maybe but the other two will cost serious money, we would not have signed Green if serious money was going to be made available - he's not as good as Clayton

Agree0 Disagree0

With the exception of Kenny, it's not a bad "wish list".

Agree0 Disagree0

Maybe green not as good as clayton but i think hes better than brown ,maybe clayton will play next to green this season. when takeover is complete we can buy rhodes just pay in installments which allows more than the 6 mil to be used i would of thought.kenny for me is a no go in my opinion after takeover but warnock likes him so probably will be joining . i would rather keep lonners or bring in Alex McCarthy from reading.whittingham would be a good signing and can control the game.there are better players available but these players will defo improve the squad and get us closer to promotion

Heard Leeds might be looking at Jackson Martinez Colombian striker at Mexican club Chiapas, anyone know if he's any gd?

Believable8 Unbelievable17

He was linked with Liverpool and it's alleged he's potentially signing for FC Porto

Agree0 Disagree0

He was originally linked with Liverpool, and is now strongly linked to be signing for FC Porto

Agree0 Disagree0

Cant see this happen as say he will costed around 10 million

Agree0 Disagree0

We would never get him, as stated above he is being targeted by Liverpool and Porto and were not quite in that league for players!

However I have just spent 3 months in Mexico and watched a few Juaguares Chiapas games on TV and even saw one live against UNAM Pumas...hes quality. Big, Strong but with Pace and good finishing. A complete striker

Believable25 Unbelievable6

Be careful what you wish for. the football league has too many clubs in financial sh*t on the promise of golden calf takeovers

Agree0 Disagree0

Dear all...if this takeover goes through and it is some middle eastern billionaire can I suggest a meet and drink session...as I for one and all my mates, plus the ones in afganistan and iraq who are constantly requesting minute by minute texts require a drink and a mighty mighty one at that...by the way exclusivity and due diligence means they are dotting the 'i's and crossing the 't's on the legals, trust me its my day job! {Ed013's Note - I would love to go on a date with you!}

Agree0 Disagree0

The OS also states that LUFC are confident that the "Investors" will pass the FA's fit and proper owner test. What does that suggest?? JD

Agree0 Disagree0

Dear all...need to get it organised as it will be the biggest party leeds has had since we won the 1st division title...happy day sunshine! PS phil hay has tweeted they are from the middle east any rumours you've heard on this front?

Agree0 Disagree0

If phil hay (YEP) has said it its a defo, time to party i think, get out of our club

Agree0 Disagree0

Phil Hay is not in the group of people involved in the takeover/investment, this means he makes things up and hopes he may be right.

Agree0 Disagree0

Not sure Phil Hay would be so out of touch on this one, its the biggest story coming out of Leeds United for years and he's the sports writer for YEP, I would be a big error for him here on in to be factually incorrect...PS Ed as for mass drink and party, think I need to hire a bar for the evening! {Ed013's Note - We all need a good drink after this!}

Leeds United confirm there is an exclusivity period to enable a potential investor to carry out the appropriate due diligence

Believable20 Unbelievable5

I think due diligence has been in process, since the original club statement in May, and is now complete or almost complete. Let the good times roll!

Agree0 Disagree0

26 Jun 2012 17:59:31
Must be takeover if a due diligence test is to be carried out. Also says they have more than adequate funds to support the cub. Investors do not support clubs. They invest for a future return. My view is its a defo full blooded takeover. Thank you God.

Believable28 Unbelievable6

Good post. Stole my thunder. I do see Bates staying on as Chairman though for a few years. He's got a big ego so this will have been one of his non-negotiable terms. Then he'll step aside in a few years and claim Leeds' resurgence all down to him and he'll want to tell us about it weekly until then.

Agree0 Disagree0

It does specifically say investment, you can only turn that into a take over in your mind.
Don't hold your breath because I don't think we've seen the last of our cursed demon.
JB

Agree0 Disagree0

From other takeovers, usually they buy an amount of shares for a controlling stake, then buy the rest later. If my memory is current KB owns 72% or 77% no idea who owns the rest, i assume they are buying/investing in KB stake, thus a controlling percentage and will buy the remainder later...or not at all, as effectively, they can do what they like as they are the main contolling interest...so effectively still an investment as they wont own 100% = Takeover, but we will take either :)

Agree0 Disagree0

Is it not the case that if you become the majority shareholder ie 51% you have to make a formal offer for the whole club? That seemed to be the case with Stan Kroenke at Arsenal.

Agree0 Disagree0

I do not want to p1$$ on anybody's bonfire but due diligance means what it says, this is a very unstable time period. this is where deals are made but also fall apart. we hav to be very patient and let the new investors do their correct job without any outside interruptions. we all know bates has hidden things from us and others. the new investor may find things out now, which might just scupper the deal, i hope not, but lets tread very carefully.
lets hope for the long term survival & for the good of everyone associated with our great club, that this happens.
whiteforever!!

Agree0 Disagree0

To poster mentioning Arsenal, yes...if you are a PLC. Leeds are not a PLC so those rules are not triggered. I wonder though if in a few years we'll float again. I personally hope we don't. Market is bad. Just let some multi billionaire fund our purchases.

Agree0 Disagree0

If the investors are carryingout due diligence it does means its very advanced in addition to the period of exclusivity. That's a very key hint as the buyer usually requests exclusivity, leeds united will have prepared over the last few weeks in order for someone to undertake due diligence. To me it sounds as if its in legal i.e. they are agreeing the deal in legal format...happy days to say the least...by the way the new owner needs to keep open the ticket office because it will be full house first game of season!!!

Agree0 Disagree0

Hopefully it will be full house for the WHOLE season if this comes off.....

Agree0 Disagree0

Due diligence would also uncover any wrongdoings in the past. If everything is shown to be ok, will the Ken Bates detractors accept that he was doing right by the club and did run the club correctly?

Agree0 Disagree0

26 Jun 2012 17:56:35
If bates really does want to get the investors involved, it would make total sense that they try to complete the deal by the end of the week- Saturday at the latest.

Hopefully it will be completed ASAP, as the transfer window officially opens on Sunday, and knowing Warnock, our targets should hopefully all have landed by the end of next week.

Starting to feel a little bit more excited for next season!

-WhiteForLife

Believable21 Unbelievable5

Agree0 Disagree0

Im just worried that they said there would not be any annousments in the near future. So does that mean we cud be waiting a while

Agree0 Disagree0

There will be no more announcement from the club as they surely expect the new owners to do so. In the statement it says they are confident about their credentials. Since when has Bates been complimentary about anyone? As for new signings who wouldn't come to us if we start paying competitive wages? You do not buy a club like Leeds to stay in the championship. We as fans now need to show this new owner ( if he doesn't know it already) that we are the best fans in the land and follow our team like we do. Time for negativity is over. MOT

so def no takeover, its an investor.
in what form we dont know at all,are they interested in team or whats around the ground etc.
lets hope this is the beginning of investment in a team to take us back to where we belong...shrew leeds

Believable9 Unbelievable14

From what i can digest from it...it says 'However, our discussions with them have left us very comfortable that ""they have the financial resources to support the club and that they will have no issues in satisfying the requirements of the Football League's Owners and Directors Test, unlike many of the previous approaches we have had to endure.""' this to me sounds like takeover when it says they have the financial resources to support the club and that they will have no issues in satisfying the requirements of the Football League's Owners and Directors Test!

Agree0 Disagree0

It doesn't mean there wont be a takeover. They're doing their usual letting us know as little as possible stuff.

Agree0 Disagree0

Due diligence is the examination of a potential target for merger, acquisition, privatisation or similar corporate finance transaction normally by a buyer. In all liklehood this is a buyer - not simply investment.

Agree0 Disagree0

If you read the statement in depth it says INVESTOR then refers to THEM and THEY which suggests a group of investors so takeover very possible.MOT TREVO

Agree0 Disagree0

This is an extract from the financial directory...
Due diligence
An internal audit of a target firm by an acquiring firm. Offers are often made contingent upon resolution of the due diligence process.
Due Diligence
The investigation of an asset, investment, or anything else to ensure that everything is as it seems. Due diligence helps a buyer or investor make sure that there are no unexpected problems with the asset or investment and that he/she does not overpay. Due diligence can be a complex and formalized process in the acquisition of a company. Even when buying a house, for example, due diligence involves time consuming and at times expensive endeavors, like a home inspection. However, due diligence is seen as a necessary part of doing business or buying an asset. See also: 10-K, Due diligence meeting.
therefore it is highly possible it could be a take over, the short sentence o.s no further comments in the near future, some one is realy taking their time over this...M.O.T.

Agree0 Disagree0

Read again, you do not need to satisfy the football league "owners" rules and directors test to be an investor, it is obviously a takeover if completed! JH

Agree0 Disagree0

How do you know its not a takeover. Does due diligence only mean for an investor. surly it could also mean a takeover, the OS did not specify.

Agree0 Disagree0

Look up what 'due diligence'means, SELLER (Bates )prepares all documents, assets facilities etc for presentation to PURCHASER to confirm all as is should be. Bates wouldn't let anyone see all accounts/assests etc for simply an investment. Why so secretive in only investment ??

WILL BE A TAKE OVER !!!

Agree0 Disagree0

It's clearly a takeover. Using phrases such as "they have the financial resources to support the club and that they will have no issues in satisfying the requirements of the Football League's Owners and Directors Test" implies that the club is going to have new owners.

Agree0 Disagree0

On the ssn app they seem to think it's an investment to a potential takeover, stated in 1st paragraph. Hopefully very good times ahead for us lads!

Sussex white! MOT!

Agree0 Disagree0

Lets face it, we don't really know who it is or the details behind it.
Due diligence would be taken if buying a significant stake in the business.
If I was investing a significant amount of my money in a business, I would want to become a director of the asset I just acquired.
I hope it is a take-over and I hope it's the right people to take our great club forward and "back were we belong!"
Great news - not sure I have the patience any more!
MOT - R081E

Agree0 Disagree0

Due dil doesn't get done for just investment. Also they would need to satisfy football leagues new owners test.

Agree0 Disagree0

Original poster.yes I hopeim wrong believe me.all we want is Leeds back where us the fans deserve...shrew leeds

Agree0 Disagree0

The fact that they have been granted a period of exclusivity and that they are carrying out due dilligence points firmly towards a full takeover.

Agree0 Disagree0

Look, I am not pouring cold water on the takeover theory but it could just be an investment. Anyone looking to invest serious money into a company would expect to do due diligence, the idea that Ken wouldn't show just an Investor his books is laughable, this is the norm. However given the wording and some rumours of some MA activity in the City, it does look like a long awaited takeover is finally on.

Agree0 Disagree0

Lets stop any negativity here and now, we need to still wait and see what the outcome will be, and remain positive that this is still ongoing.

Hopefully this will stop the people on here who keep insisting this is just a smokescreen by Bates to cover up the fact that we aren't even going to get any new players in.....

Agree0 Disagree0

You need to read between the lines an investment woulnt need to pass the leagues new owners test

Agree0 Disagree0

More than just your casual investment. This is a buy in to the club leading to takeover or just a straight takeover. Read the statement an investor does not need to meet the appropriate owner/director guidelines they do not have to show that they have the funds to support the club. Let's not get carried away yet but reading between the lines this sounds a serious investment and that the proof of funds have been well vetted

Further to our previous statement of the 29th May, Leeds United can confirm they have granted an exclusivity period to enable a potential investor to carry out the appropriate due diligence.
It is anticipated this will be a fairly straightforward process.
A confidentiality clause prevents the club from making any further comment. However, our discussions with them have left us very comfortable that they have the financial resources to support the club and that they will have no issues in satisfying the requirements of the Football League's Owners and Directors Test, unlike many of the previous approaches we have had to endure.
We will not be making any further announcements in the near future.

If it is the case that people can access this site, but cannot access the OS,
then I understand.
I can do both, maybe I am lucky, but why the need to replicate here information that the club has already released?

tRip {Ed013's Note - I would think anyone that can open this site can then open the OS. This was probably the 1st one in and therefore was able to go on as some people come here before the OS and to be honest lots don't even go on there at all. People get giddy and try and get on here first so they can say it is them that told everyone and they get the smiley face sticker! Or some are like most and are desperate for answers and post to help everyone out and ease the tension with legitimate information. With what you are saying this shouldn't be on the rumour page because it is confirmed, but then it shouldn't be on the banter page either because banter is for chat and opinions. I can confirm futher info that they did also request initial interest in a new company at elland rd and did also have basic financial info sent to their solicitors re elland rd and leeds united. But once 1st application submitted they have 14days to follow up or info request closed. I know that they were contacted and replied had now pulle their interest in their project and all avenues for those particular 2 directors are now closed due to timescales. i can also confirm as of yesterday morning nobody has requested or looked into leeds uniteds accounts. In response to the 2 questions. Agree0 Disagree0

This is a complete joke, my 10 year old son has a better understanding of company accounts and business that this poster. McCormack is rumoued to be off to one of 3, huddersfield, reading or wigan. surely he wants to play premiership football? unless he wants to be a big fish in a small pond with hudderfield and never play in the premiership. we dont need a player with such low aspirations.

One Investor pulled out end of last week, Bates value of club way too high, so that investors deal is now dead, still more people involved apparently.

Please don't just guess what's is happening, you obviously have no idea and and for some reason you just want to appear as if you are in the know when it's blatantly obvious you are not.

So it took 2 months to discover Bates valuation was to high...yea right.

Might be nothing, but just saw Paddy Kenny's tweet saying that he is going shopping in london but then is shooting up to sheffield this evening... whether he has family there i don't know, or maybe now that he's been told he can leave QPR, one of the Sheffield sides are in for him aswell, however, it could be a smoke screen for him coming up to leeds to finalise terms this evening? Guess if it is we'll find out tomorrow, which also means if Kenny is here, the investement is done.

MOT!

Tom

Believable6 Unbelievable6

I don't think the purchase of Kenny will signify the takeover/investment. Surely the purchase of Kenny would be offset by the sale of Lonergan, investment would not be necessary for this.

Not saying I dont think we will get a cash injection jus that it should be used for other players. Kenny would essential be a like for like swap so wont cost the club anything. (assuming wages are similar)
KarlT

Agree0 Disagree0

Why all the cloak and dagger stuff over Kenny..! He's allegedly been signing for us for 4 weeks now some say he's already here, some say he's been spotted in Billy's bar in a bath robe, WTF he's even done more miles up and down that M1 than a DHL carrier, surely this saga needs closure...!-

I don't rate him anyway -

Agree0 Disagree0

Just to clarify Paddy lives in Sheffield near myself, so that may explain why he's heading this way

Agree0 Disagree0

Didn't realise that he wasn't allowed to go to sheffield so what he's in sheffield! big deal! doesn't mean jacks**t

Agree0 Disagree0

He says he is moving house too on his twitter...

Agree0 Disagree0

I'm going for a few drinks in Sheffield on Saturday but I'm not signing for a Sheffield team nor have either clubs shown particular interest in me. Granted I'm not a football player but Paddy, like myself, is entitled to travel where he pleases.

If he goes to the seaside for the day it doesnt mean he's signing for Blackpool.

Just read on ssn that Fraser Forster is still able to leave Newcastle but would prefer English club. He is like 6 5" and a young keeper. Used to pressure being sol winning teams number 1. Wouldn't he bd worth a look at it this takeover/investment happens? Just a thought
Toofang90

Believable13 Unbelievable10

He's over-rated. Did you see him play at Newcastle? He wasn't so great when he played that pre-seaon friendly at Elland Road either.

Agree0 Disagree0

Wasn't that good at norwich neither against us when he set up Bedford late on lol

Agree0 Disagree0

Would think he would be on a fair amount of money, typicaly over our budget, I'd take Paddy but Loners will only get better..so not too sure why we are chasing Kenny anyway.

crystal palace wanna buy mcormack and it says he valued at 750.000 than i read 2.5 mill which is it cus im get confused id say he worth 3 million as he can score and even set his own goals up wen team are playing poo. than we could get becks back {Ed013's Note - He has a 2.5 million release clause and a percentage goes to Cardiff so he wont go for as little as that}

Believable5 Unbelievable8

Personally I dont think he is as good as he thinks he is which is the main problem. He at times was too greedy and was out for himself. Also in the latter part of the season dont think he got as many as people think and believe most of his goals were early on. I think he should accept the wage on offer as will be better than last year and get on with his job. I reckon we would be lucky top get £1m for him especially if Clayton only worth £800k as I feel he is a much better player. Dont really want either to go however but if there is a takeover and money is available I would ship all those out who didnt want to play and get better players in that do because at the end of the day the players asking for large wages only achieved 14th last year.

Gaz

Agree0 Disagree0

To be a good goalscorer you must be a greedy player.mccormack is a good player at championship level and i believe if he is given another season in white he will get much more goals .if he moves clubs to any of the teams hes rumoured to be in with a shout in prem league he will find himself worse of by this time next season as he wont get the chances he needs.

Agree0 Disagree0

If emnes is going to swansea for 4 million then McCormack who has a far better goalscoring record must be worth a similar amount

either Crystal Palace £700,000

OR

Hudderfield £2,500,000

According to News Now, Bolton, Wigan and for some reason Bristol City all want him.

No one seems to know where he's going to end up, or even be able to put a value on him.

If he wants to go let him! bring dom poleon through he's got more power and pace than ross anyway and probably more heart and desire

EVEN ince or phillips? EVEN? those lads are gonna rip up the championship next season, any team would be proud to have them, wish we got them

Agree0 Disagree0

Why bother wasting your time, it ain't gonna happen.....

Agree0 Disagree0

I think Leeds fans are finding it very hard to get used to the idea that they are no longer the great club they once were. They keep on dreaming of takeovers and signing players such as this. but end up with free tranfers. You are great supporters but I think you need to stop beating yourselves up.

Agree0 Disagree0

To the non leeds fan poster, i don't know who you support, but why read posts on here if you don't like what you read? Go back to your own gossip page kid, no one really cares what you think.

Agree0 Disagree0

But I do like what I read. It is very entertaining. Much better than my boring Cardiff City pages. I understand that you do not care what I think, but I bet many of you agree that a lot of your fans are clutching at straws. Even if it is none of my business. By the way, I have always had a soft spot for Leeds since Jim Storrie went out of his way to give me his autograph.

Agree0 Disagree0

The non leeds fan does have a point tho unfortunately - we cant attract the players we all think we can which is a shame

Agree0 Disagree0

No more free transfers, unless they're good of course, and we'd have no problem attracting ince and phillips, and soon easily afford them

Agree0 Disagree0

We definately need more than 3 players in order to build a decent squad capable of promotion. Provided the tranfer listed players leave, we need 3 more defenders let alone just 3 more players!

Agree0 Disagree0

We may find that some existing players will play better with the new faces, we dont know how people are looking in preseason training, a new season is a new start everyone knows that

Agree0 Disagree0

Typical YEP article - gives the impression Eddie knows he is signing 3-4 more players but when you read the article he hasn't anymore clue than the rest of us

Agree0 Disagree0

Remember no one new about half the signings, so god knows how Eddie Gray would know about us probably getting 3 more faces.

No doubt will get a couple of loans though.

Agree0 Disagree0

No loans unless they are top quality this season.

5 more players sounds right if we keep snoddy ,mccormack, clayton and white.

Nick Montgomery back on Leeds radar as replacement for Clayton after Sheff Utd failed to gain promotion.

Believable9 Unbelievable20

He could not get a regular place in a league one team. do you really think he's a regular for a championship club trying to get promoted. do me a favour.

Agree0 Disagree0

The reason he couldnt get in the team was one man's opinion - Danny Wilson. Neil Warnock might have a different opinion so get back in your cage....

Agree0 Disagree0

Aidy White wasn't a regular at Leeds so why would a Prem team be interested? but they are......

Agree0 Disagree0

A championship team 'trying to get promoted'.....is there one that isn't then?

Agree0 Disagree0

It's that man again! I also read that we are going to 'swoop' for Brian Deane, Tony Curruie and Mick Jones...

Good to see you setting your standards high. I actually pay for a season ticket i should be watching better than montgomery paying what i pay. Have any of previous posts actuaaly been to er.

Agree0 Disagree0

Thought we'd pretty much all agreed we should be aiming a bit higher than Monty. As for White: no comparison, White is young (20 remember!), with potential and pace -Monty has none of these things going for him (Uncle Monty in 'Withnail & I' might be a better bet!). Chapel A

I know an up and coming musician/artist in Leicester, word has it they are after Clayton according to him, unsure of how reliable the source is. (This guy doesn't follow football). Also he mentioned that Jermaine Beckford was talking to him about music as JB's friend was apparantly recording a track with him and he mentioned that he more than likely won't be around Leicester for much longer. Take it as you will.

AntW

Believable9 Unbelievable8

I dont even know where to start with this rumour... someone that doesnt follow football? Relible source then...

Agree0 Disagree0

Oh my god, these stories get more and more fun to read each day. Nearly sh*t myself laughing at this one.

Agree0 Disagree0

He works with a few people in the music scene and JB was apparently at the studio with his mate whilst recording. He doesn't follow football but i'm sure the person saying this to him does. Like I said, I never stated he was coming to Leeds at any point and Clayton would (IMO) be a valuable asset to a club like Leicester. So this rumour is as viable as any of the others I've seen.

AntW

Agree0 Disagree0

Thats not a strong argument because 99% of rumours on here arnt viable at all just clutching at straws, people bored so they make up a ''rumour'' to post on here, just like this.

Agree0 Disagree0

Which also leaves room for that 1% that one is viable. I am not rumouring a transfer for us at all, I am stating a fact in which was told to me with regards to the Beckford scenario, with the Clayton scenario, while yes it is a rumour it is still a plausable post as the chance of Leeds letting Clayton leave is high with Leicester a club that have sufficient funds to agree to a wage. It might end up in AC not going to Leicester but it doesn't take the suggestion away that they may have enquired..?

AntW

Agree0 Disagree0

But this post is complete bull... it is clearly not the 1% and until there is sufficient evidence no one will believe it

Agree0 Disagree0

Explain what part of this post is bull? If you are just out for a slanging war you won't get one from me, the post clearly states that someone has been speaking to JB and not any rumour that he will be signing for Leeds..? Back me up ed am I claiming to know what is going on behind the scenes or am I just stating a fact that footballers are humans too and are able to partake in conversation with us normal people..? If needs must I will get a link of the track they recorded (providing they release it) and post the link..? that is about as much 'evidence' I can give.

just a matter of time now before mccormack goes to huddersfield, there willing to double his wages, so if a small team like them can pay high wages why cant we to keep our best players?, beckford as possible replacement?MOT

Believable5 Unbelievable9

They have a very rich chairman who is a town fan unlike bates who sees leeds as a business

Agree0 Disagree0

McCormack is unlikely to go anywhere that Grayson is, wouldn't pick him in his 1st season and only got the nod last season because Grayson couldn't bring another striker in.

Agree0 Disagree0

If we can't or won't pay McCormack's wages, then we've got no chance of paying Beckford's!

Agree0 Disagree0

He will go to reading or wigan, at least 1 season in prem, wont get that at huddersfield

Agree0 Disagree0

A small team like them? They arent that small also, they can pay high wages cause they have very rich owners..

Agree0 Disagree0

Do you realy think beckford will be on less than mcormack

Agree0 Disagree0

Hudders can not pay the wages leeds can because of new financial rules ie hudders turnover last season was 5mill,leeds turnover was 34 mill, massive difference.
