I'm not buying this I mean come on Bmcd is a genius who else could convert centre backs into wingers and midfielders into fullbacks whilst having natural wingers sat keeping the bench warm? I heard paddy kenny has been complaining he hasn't had any game time lately maybe Bmcd might give a go as centre forward as nothing would surprise me anymore.

BMCD a genius. Didn't know a genius is someone who leads a team to 21 championship defeats in a season and maybe 23 after the last 2 games. Sooner he is out the better, get Neil Redfearn in as head coach.

{Ed013's Note - Taking over the academy is what I am hearing. Where does that leave Redders}
Yes thanks Ed - just hearing that. Would be very very sorry to see Redders go. He has been a great servant

Thought the academy was managed by Richard naylor? And the reserves/development squad was managed by Neil redfern?

I have read Neil is well thought of by Massimo. So he should be, in a club that has spent little on youth development (my preference to grow from within) Redfearn has been solid. Would make a great head coach. Thoughts?

Slingsby White - have you seen Redders record as a manager - won only 13 from 63 games. Win %age of 20.
No way can be be the manager of LUFC - he's a fantastic coach but never will be a manager.
